Had my sister in laws hen do lunch here on Saturday and the atmosphere was amazing. The staff were very attentive with taking orders and serving drinks. The live entertainment was really good had everyone up dancing. Will definitely be back for the bottomless brunch and recommending to friends

Most of the staff were very lovely, though the manager was very rude to members of the party i attended here, one of the servers held plates of hot pasta balanced on their arm over a toddlers head!! The pizzas that had been served were burnt and oily (most ended up uneaten) but the pasta dishes tasted good and cocktails amazing. Need to work on safety, covid restrictions are not in place and in need of a new manager.

Lovely staff, great food but service was very slow. The mains took a long to be served and two orders were wrong.We were a party of 8 people at lunch break from work, with meetings to get back to.Also, I asked for a doggy bag and the staff discarded the food by accident.

Absolutely brilliant! If you’d like to experience authentic Italy in London this is a place to go. Very friendly service, delicious fresh food and superb shots!

The food was good, and the service was good, but the Covid19 precautions are not so good. There was no opportunity to log in on entering the restaurant, the tables are set closer than 2 metres apart, there are no screens between tables, and the staff were not wearing masks.So stick with their very good takeaway service, or run a risk or contacting Covid19.

Don’t eat here if you have food allergies! A much anticipated birthday meal was ruined by bad service, hit and miss food and a completely irresponsible attitude to a food allergy- that was stated when booking and again upon ordering. After forgotten drinks, my gluten-free order arrived with two pieces of bread poking out of either side. The waiter suggested he just remove them and then I eat the dish. Unfortunately the evening continued much the same and the bill arrived complete with gratuity added- we shall not be returning. Such a shame after looking forward to supporting a local restaurant with our custom.

Since the pandemic I have ordered from here a few times now. The food is top quality. Always delivered in a reasonable time, cooked perfectly and piping hot. Restaurant quality at home for a reasonable price.The staff are all lovely and friendly.I’d also like to apologise, as today I ordered the valentines menu and thought one bag was missing. In my excitement I’d put it down somewhere so I called them and they were so lovely.If you want a delicious meal for a reasonable price look no further. This place has nailed it.

The roast beef dinners and roast chicken dinners received last Sunday (31st January 2021) were absolutely delicious and arrived with all the trimmings of Yorkshire puddings, different vegetables and amazing gravy - the service was excellent and the delivery arrived at the promised time. The whole family loved the vanilla cheesecakes too they were tasty, creamy and the biscuit crumbly! I love the spaghetti tree! I can honestly say this place is second to none, the staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. The food is amazing, Ive eaten here a couple of times and cant find fault with the food or service. Its a little gem, the takeaway service is great.

I have been there before the lockdown, and as an Italian I can guarantee this is not an real Italian restaurant. The quality is standard, but is more a British version of an Italian menu.

I was there with my girlfriends. we ordered a salad with chicken and mango. the rocket salad wasn’t washed, therefore we could taste the sand while eating our salad . we will never go back there. we do not recommend

Food was mediocre, pizza was soggy and tomato sauce resembled tomato puree, was a little disappointed as heard such good things about the place. Staff where pleasant enough.

Lovely restaurant, atmosphere like you are abroad on a warm night with the front all open with the subtle lighting. Food is superb and its hard to choose what to have. The guy at the front of house was an absolute gent and added to the experience .GO THERE with your partner for a nice intimate meal or with friends for a laugh and great food and drink. 👏🏻👏🏻(Apologies for our loud laughs 😁)

I visited the Spaghetti Tree in Sutton with my sister on Tuesday 2nd December and had a lovely meal. All courses were very well done and came quickly so we were not left waiting for long. Great service from Danny and Bridgeta. atmosphere was great. Will definitely be visiting again. Thank you.

Personally one of my favourite restaurants of Sutton. For the price you pay you definitely don’t leave hungry, unlike with chain restaurants on the high street. Is always a definite recommendation to friends and family!

Warm atmosphere and friendly staff.

We have had our Christmas party here for the past two years and I cannot recommend Spaghetti Tree, Sutton enough. All the staff are fantastic, nothing is too much for them. Atmosphere is great! Josh and Jade the singers are amazing, always get the party started. Weve booked in for next year.

Lovely small to medium sized restaurant. Has a enchanted feel at night. Traditional Italian welcome and style. Very friendly staff. Good mixture of pasta, fish and meat dishes. Pasta dishes can be made kid size if needed. Veal and liver dishes are excellent. Carbonara is nice but perhaps a little light on the meat. Definitely a place you will want to visit again.

This place used to be a nice option but last time food was tasteless and new stuff(?) gave an arrogant service. Little Ballerina should go back to school.

I could not recommend this place more. One step in and you are transported to a quaint little bistro in italy, or even to an italians friends dinner table. They truly make you feel like a relative.

Food was very bland and oily. The calamari was good. Service was slow however the staff were very friendly. The overall atmosphere was good, good music and decor but the food was over priced and bland.

Came here for an anniversary dinner and really liked it. The place is small and may feel a bit cramped especially when busy but this is easily ignored. The service is good and food is pleasant. The prices were reasonable and there were a fair few vegetarian options. Better than both Zizzis and Pizza Express in Sutton in my opinion and is perfect for small groups.

Amazing place... We have been to Sphagetti tree in Sutton many times; the quality, the taste and service has always been top class. I think the food here tastes better than some Michelin star restaurants. Friendly staff!. The customer service has always been the best... My personal favorite is the lamb shank and stuffed sole. My wife and I love the sizzling tiger prawns. These are generally on the specials menu.

Friday night at Spaghetti Tree, brilliant!! Great idea to have a set price and choose from normal menu and specials board, much better than having a boring set menu. Food was very good, service couldnt be faulted, place was packed, great live music and dj, like one big party. Definitely visit again, Ive been going to this restaurant for years and it just gets better.

Lovely family run Sicilian restaurant, a good choice of Italian food, pizza, pasta, risotto, meat, lovely fresh fish, generous portions, well cooked and flavoured, friendly helpful service. I would highly recommend. In fact, I cant think of anything to complain about, which is unusual for me!Recently they have got a new manager and the food and service have improved - not that there was anything wrong with it before but its even better now.It is quite small and the tables are close together, so it can feel quite crowded, I just point this out as it will not suit everyone, but it does create a good atmosphere.

They were asked to split our bill in two, which they agreed to do, they failed to do this properly, and so caused a problem paying the bill, as most people had left, by the end of the evening.We received no apology, only an admission that they had loaded the second tables bill, with an excess from the first table! This unfortunately has left (excuse the pun) a bad taste in my mouth!!! IF I went again, I would take a magnifying glass with me, to study the bill, but I feel they are untrustworthy, so I doubt it will happen. The previous week in the Casa Nostra, was excellent!

Was the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Would never go again. The food was mediocre and the staff was so rude. They argued with my party and made us pay more money for items that we did not order. We made us feel uncomfortable and the manager was so aggressive that we felt like we had to leave. When I spoke to him he told me he could do what he wanted because he was manager.

It has been a long time since I have eaten here but when I did it was simply all about us, the customer. Every effort is taken care from greeting to bill to ensure our visit is the best.Range of options on the menu are vast and spoilt for choice. When the food arrives it has that look and flavour of authentic Italian Food, having been to Rome in the past 6 months I can definitely say this is the closest you will get to authentic Italian food in the UK (and arguably beats the Italian option over there.Pricing is fair but for the overall experience it is always worth paying extra.Always a visit is on the cards to this place when the option of eating out comes around.

The service was good, however the quality of food was nothing special. Had the pizza and I was not impressed, will not go back.

It dosnt even deserve one star but it gave me no other option. NEVER EVER will I go here again. Staff are SO rude and do not put the customer first. Got told 2 different things and we was made to pay WAY more than We should of. Also they tried to charge 60 pound for two people who wasn’t even there. DISGUSTING. Never had such a bad experience at a restaurant in my whole life.

We came here lunch time, first impression small but dont let it put you off, you will get used to it. What I personally liked about this place is:Service - very quick but not pushy, very friendly, helpful staff, and has that family owned business feels unlike other Italian chain restaurantsFood/ drinks - thought good selections of food, pleasant and reasonably priced. However if I would to make any changes I would reduce the price of the beers, can get a case in the supermarket for the price of three bottles.I would recommend and I would go again

Waited ages for my food, people who came in after us had there main and pudding all before us, pizza had a few toppings on it got more toppings on a Asda pizza than I did in this place. Some of the staff snatch the plates off you and just push passed you instead of asking to move the chair in. I dunno how people gave it good reviews but everyone is different and I wont be back.

A beautiful atmosphere, with greenery and candles. The waiters were lovely and the food was delicious, lots of choice. The pizza I had was great and dessert was yummy.
