What an absolutely fabulous place Aurora Brides is. We bought our wedding dresses here for our wedding last weekend and they were absolutely perfect. From the first moment we walked into the shop last year, we were made to feel so incredibly welcome. The staff were exceptionally friendly, kind and professional and made us feel so comfortable. A special thanks to Sarah, Natalie, Ali and of course, your amazing seamstress, Zen. Thank you a thousand times over for your amazing kindness and hard work. We absolutely highly recommend this place for any prospective bride...including all the Rainbow Brides out there...this is the place to go to feel special when choosing your dress :-)

SJ knew exactly what I wanted before I did, she was asking some fab questions that made me think about what I wanted.Both mum and I were made to feel important. We had a great time and the 2 hours we were there flew by.We ended up buying the first dress we tried on, as SJ knew her stuff.

Had my daughters 1st fitting Sun with Zen the seamstress/ tailor who is making a few alterations. Everybody at the shop has been so lovely purchased the dress in July last year only people in shop so had the attention of two people. Zen was so professional brilliant back for 2nd fitting in a couple of weeks. Cant wait.

From the moment I entered Aurora bride I felt so welcome and comfortable. Every single member of staff was so friendly and completely put me at ease. The store is huge and yet feels intimate. They have an excellent variety of dresses and I felt really listened to as a bride. A huge thank you to SJ for looking after me, it felt like having my mum and my favourite aunty at my appointment.

My family and I visited Aurora bride to try on dresses for the first time. My sister got her dress from here back in 2012, so we were excited to get back. Aurora Bride did not disappoint and we had yet another amazing experience. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Was really nervous about going wedding dress shopping- had no idea what I wanted or what I liked. The team at aurora were great- we went for the VIP session, which included Fizz and would absolutely recommend. Tried on so many different styles, and was able to narrow down the search. Was able to find a dress I liked in 2 hours!

I visited the shop with my friends and Kirsty was our consultant she was very friendly and bubbly and made us all feel very welcome. All of the staff went out of their way to help me find the most amazing dress and squeezed me in to come back the same day so my mum could come and see it. Fantastic team at Aurora helped me find my perfect dress! Sarah read my reactions to dresses really well the first time I went and when I went for my retry (I treated myself to VIP which was totally worth it!) she remembered me and helped me pick between two shades of the same dress whcih was really hard! This is the one and only bridal shop I visited and Im so glad! I got a VIP appointment which meant I could bring both mums and my 2 best gals and got some fizz. Sarah and the other ladies were so amazing! We just all had banter whilst I tried on 8 dresses none quite right until Sarah brought me mine which was PERFECT. They really listened and nothing was too much, my whole party have said how amazing the ladies were it was the perfect day and it just made the start of my wedding experience so special. I have never looked at wedding dresses before and I am so pleased i decided to visit Aurora Bride for a V.I.P appointment today. SJ and all the other girls there today were amazing! They made me feel safe that they knew their stuff and what would be right for me. They made me feel important and gave me all the attention and advice needed. The process was smooth, happy and successful. They were able to accommodate my special morning shared with some of my family, they were Covid safe but didnt let that spoil the experience. Love the ladies at Aurora bride!! They were absolutely fantastic both times I came in and I’m so glad I found my perfect dress! I had so much fun and the stylists really listened to what I wanted and focused on me (as opposed to my entourage) which I really appreciated. Can’t wait to pick up my dress!!

I went to a number of dress shops in the area and this one by far exceeded the rest. The staff were so nice, the shop is beautiful and they genuinely had the nicest dresses to try on and let you go at your own pace. I liked it so much I was determined to get my dress from there. They didn’t pressure me at all though and made sure I was 100% sure it was the one first. The whole experience was enjoyable for me and my guests & to top it all off they provided bubbles. Couldn’t recommend this place more :)

The shop was beautiful and everyone very friendly, however Kirsty my assistant on my appointment was quite honestly amazing!!!!…so efficient and attentive, I mean I showed her the kind of thing I liked just on a picture and she absolutely delivered. The first dress I have ever tried on, that Kirsty picked out was my absolute dream dress and although I tried on a few others, the first one was the one and so my dream dress was brought.I was so nervous about how long picking a dress would take me, as I’m so fussy lol but I can’t thank Kirsty enough for how helpful and patient she was with me and my mum on the day, she’s a true gem!Can’t wait for my dress to be ready in a few months time once it’s made and be back in the hands of these ladies at Aurora Bride for all the finishing touches.Thank you All x

This was my first experience at 52 of trying on wedding dresses and I was beyond nervous! I had spotted my ‘Dream dress’ and after a few emails back and forth I booked to do the VIB experience with 2 special guests.I can honestly say within 5 minutes I felt totally at ease.The ladies offered champagne and we preceded to try on ‘The one’ plus loads of others to make sure I could compare.I had 2 stylists and they were so easy to chat to.It was never rushed or pushed towards a more expensive dress.I bought my ‘Dream dress’ plus a veil and couldn’t wipe the smile of my face.I would absolutely recommend these lovely ladies to help you find your dress.Thank you so muchA very happy bride to be:-)

Sarah was my consultant today she had lots of patience as I tried on several dresses. The shop was very spacious and bright with a large changing room. We were welcomed with Prosecco as part of my VIP appointment and offered soft drinks also. Parking was available directly outside the shop. It was a very relaxed experience and Sarah was very friendly and attentive. I managed to find my dress by the designer I love and the material of the dress was named after my Daughters nickname for my Fiancé. Perfect.

Was looking for my dream dress (specific black wedding dress) that was no longer in production. The designer together with the bridal stockist arranged the last of it’s kind for me. 🖤Very good service, responds quick and very helpful with any concerns (seamstress, etc). Highly recommend.

The best bridal store around!My first appointment at Aurora Bride was in July 2019 where I found my dream dress.The whole team were so friendly, attentive and nothing was too much trouble.Due to Covid, we have had to postpone our wedding numerous times, however Alison and the girls at Aurora have been amazing at keeping me up to date with news, appointments and just generally making a stressful time a whole lot easier!I have since gone back to try on my dress and pick a veil and had the same 5* service - Ali was amazing and so helpful.I could not recommend this store enough (also the the refurb is stunning!)Thank you so much girls! ❤

I can not recommend this bridal shop enough! After purchasing a sale dress due to not having enough time to order a new dress, I was so well looked after especially in my many wobbles on making sure I had made the right decision, the girls never ever made me feel like i was being a nuisance and I was always encouraged back in if I had any concerns to make sure i was happy. Zen the seamstress was great at doing all the alterations to make sure the dress fitted perfectly. Even though coronavirus altered plans slightly I still always had the most enjoyable time in the shop with all the girls, I must say Nicki was amazing and had a great eye for knowing what suited me and was always such a help at all my appointments. What an amazing experience! I decided on visiting Aurora Bride after seeing the beautiful collections they had online. The shop itself is stunning and really spacious, making it easy to social distance with the new restrictions in place. The team took the time to find what fit was the most flattering for my petite frame. I must have tried on 10+ dresses in one appointment, until I finally settled on the perfect dress. The team were extremely patient and seemed to take an genuine interest in helping me pick the right dress. Thank you Team Aurora!! Will definitely be recommending to future brides.

After visiting a few other bridal shops and being unsuccessful in finding a dress or having a positive experience I booked an appointment back in September with Aurora. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and went the extra mile to show a genuine interest. I was able to try on various styles with out it being too much trouble and ended up finding the one. The shop is really spacious and clean and has large sofas that additional guests can sit on. Would 100% recommend to any future brides, can’t wait to wear mine 😊

I visited Aurora Bride yesterday and found my dress! I had already visited a shop and had seen a dress I liked but it wasn’t perfect and I was fully expecting to be searching for a bit longer.From the moment we arrived, the ladies at Aurora Bride were so welcoming. I had a brilliant experience with Aurora, using their home loan service due to current lockdown restrictions - I was assisted by Ali for a pre appointment Zoom call to have a look at the dresses I had selected, and she gave me great initial advice to ensure that I was selecting the right dresses for my body type. On the day of the virtual appointment I popped in to pick up the dresses swiftly and my Zoom consultation was fab - Ali helped ensure I had the dresses fitted and gave excellent advice throughout, thanks Ali and Aurora!! I can’t wait to pick up my dress!

An amazing experience at Aurora bridal shop. I had a few appointments which were all fab! Alison and Nicky were so helpful and I managed to find my dress! With the current situation that’s going on it isn’t necessarily the ideal to be trying on with masks on and not any friends family with you but they were so welcoming and helpful (being my personal photographer) haha. Very accommodating fitting me in last minute and had such a good selection of dresses at really reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for their wedding dress! X

I visited the store twice, four months apart as I couldn’t get one dress out of my head. Both visit the staff were incredible, amazing and so helpful and friendly. Honestly couldn’t recommend enough for the bridal experience.

I visited this bridal shop last June and cannot believe I have not written a review! Sorry! This is an amazing shop - from the second you walk in the door, I cannot fault their service. The one thing I found in other wedding dress shops is they were very pushy, rushing you and basically just wanted your money. This was an entirely different experience. I am not a girly girl, and I hate dresses...so I went in a nervous wreck, not really knowing what I wanted. I must have tried on 20 or so dresses in the allotted time - which was more than enough! Huge thanks to Alison for putting up with my lack of taste in dresses and helping me through the whole process. Despite walking out without buying a dress the first time I was happy I had found two potential dresses. So much so a week or so later I arranged another dress try on session and ended up buying what I now know to be my dream dress. Its a shame my wedding is most likely postponed this year. But I know aurora bride will be there whenever I do get married. Thank you so much!

Such a personal experience here, my daughter didnt have a clue what she wanted but Nicola helped her try on a few dresses to then find the perfect one. Nicola was able to answer our many questions and made my daughter feel at ease and not at all rushed. A lovely shop with a welcoming feel, definitely recommend.

Incredible selection of dresses! The staff here are so friendly and wonderful, they were incredibly patient with me popping in MANY times to try on the same dress before finally buying - I was so indecisive but Im in love with it! Couldnt recommend them enough.

After some disappointing bridal shop visits elsewhere I was impressed from the very first moment I booked my appointment with Aurora. They give you an appointment questionnaire, allowing you to request to try specific dresses from their website, as well as provide images of dresses you have seen online so they can see if they have anything similar in stock. I arrived to a rail of beautiful dresses I had shortlisted, already prepared for me to try. Then allowed as much time as I needed to browse the rest of the shop. The shop is spacious, the dresses are beautifully displayed with lots of space to see the dresses, designers and prices clearly on each rail. They truly listen to you and provide valuable advice throughout the appointment. I was surprised to have a shortlist of dresses I loved so quickly and felt confident and not pressured with the dress I selected. They have been accommodating for me to return for a retry appointment and to book a further appointment to show other members of the bridal party. They accommodate all budgets and the experience was a pleasure from start to finish. They supersede all expectations and I could not recommend them more highly. I am delighted to be an Aurora Bride!

Highly recommend!I bought my wedding dress from Aurora Bride after visiting a LOT of other shops and trying on a LOT of dresses.I found Aurora Bride a much more personal experience than a lot of the other shops I visited - the team there were really friendly but also super professional, and able to hone in on what I meant (despite what I am sure were very vague descriptions!) to find me my perfect dress. The shop set up/decoration is gorgeous too!

We had a really pleasant experience today at Aurora Bride. Jane the nurse was extremely welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. We had a great experience, Jane sat down and asked exactly what I was looking for and came out with several dresses that I fell in love with. All the dresses I tried on Essence of Australia designer which was the style I was looking for. I said yes to the dress and was made to feel so special through out my time there. I first contacted Aurora after seeing a beautiful dress online, I gave them a call and I booked to go in the next day to try on, I went along with my maid of honour and from the minute we arrived we was made to feel so welcome and the girls were just wonderful. I was asked my budget and from there i tried on 4 dresses the one I saw online was lovely but not me, I was never told or asked to try on a dress out of my budget, having heard many stories of bridal shops being pushy and rude I was a bit scared!! It was the last dress I tired on that I just felt fantastic, I knew that was the one, my maid of honour cried, I cried lol. I went back the next day with my daughter and MIL to show them and they cried too, so definitely the right choice. I can’t thank the girls at Aurora enough for making me feel so special and comfortable, I’m so happy I found them and so happy to have found the perfect dress for me. See you again soon ladies xxx

Fantastic vibe and no pressure to buy, Allie was so helpful and I tried on styles that I would never have chosen myself. Ended up getting my dress from here 3 weeks after my initial fitting.

I had the best experience today with Alison! I showed her some pictures of dresses I’ve found including one which was in the sample sale this weekend.I’ve been hoping, since making the appointment, that the dress would still be available and not snatched up by another bride to be...I was a very lucky woman and it was still available for me to try on! I told Alison that I wasn’t really interested in the mermaid and trumpet style dresses (because I didn’t think they’d suit my body), but she told me she gets women like that all the time and that it’s best to try some one anyway just to get an idea.And boy was I wrong! Apparently my body type does suit a trumpet style dress 😂. It looked amazing on me, but it just wasn’t me...So I tried on the dress I’ve found online and fell in love with it. I brought a tiara with me and Alison found me a belt to match which made the outfit complete.My mum wasn’t able to be at the appointment (my parents live in the Netherlands), but I was able to video chat to her so she could see the dress on as well :)I wasn’t pushed into buying anything I didn’t want to and was able to take my dress home straight away (I’ll be coming back for the alterations 6 weeks before the wedding) and can pick up my belt in about 6-7 weeks.Can’t wait to get married now!Thank you Aurora Bride and Alison in particular for making me (and my mother-in-law to be + best friend) feel very welcome and helping me so well!Who knew you could pick a dress in under an hour? 🤗

This was by far the best dress shop I visited when finding my wedding dress. There was no charge for my appointments and by far the best customer service that I received (they could definitely get away with charging for appointments, or at least charging deposits for the experience you get). The dress options are endless in the shop and the girls are just lovely. I was lucky enough to find my wedding dress here and am so excited to be able to share my experience at this store with all of the lovely staff. I described what kind of dress I wanted to Laura and she pulled the perfect dress right out of the bag. Natalie was booked in to take my measurements and was lovely. With both ladies I had such a giggle. I do not live particularly close to Cheam, but the distance is all worth it!

The 3rd place I had visited after starting to feel a bit deflated as I had tried on a lot of dresses and hadnt found the one! I felt so comfortable as soon as I walked into Aurora. The store is beautiful with lots of space. Everyone who works there is so helpful and welcoming. All the dresses are gorgeous too!

I found my dream dress at Aurora. Id been to several other shops but the girls at Aurora were so much more helpful and friendly than I experienced elsewhere and I very much enjoyed the process (Id found other shops pushy, snobby and stressful). I appreciated that they let me try on a lot of dresses during my appointment (elsewhere there was a limit to how many you could try on) They knew when to provide guidance or helpful suggestions and when to step back to give you space and the store was filled with a wide range of styles and designers which meant there was a great deal of choice. Definitely pay Aurora and their great selection of dresses, beautiful shop and lovely ladies a visit if youre looking for a dress in South London/Surrey - I couldnt recommend highly enough.

From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel relaxed and like I was with friends. It was my first wedding dress shop, and my first proper shop post lockdown, and it was perfect.The first dress I tried on turned out to be the one but I tried on about 8-10 overall, and simply nothing compared to the first dress - I didnt want to take it off! The lady looking after me (sorry her name has completely left me!) was then very patient whilst we videocalled a couple of the other bridesmaids for them to see it. (Due to Covid the limit was 2 people that could be there, understandably).All in all a wonderful experience and I cant wait to go back when my dress arrives! Thank you so much for making this so special for me.

Went in on Saturday for my first appointment. We were looked after by Emma who was lovely. She was asking lots of questions which relaxed me a little. I fell in love with the first dress I tried on and nothing could compare. I wanted to say yes to the dress but it was quite a bit out of my budget. I wasnt pushed into a sale and the whole time we were there was just easy. My mum wasnt able to come with me to see the dress so yesterday (the Wednesday after) I phoned and asked if I could have a retry appointment. I was fitted in straight away. Turned up, made to feel welcome again, this time by a different lady whos name I have forgotten, she was just as fantastic. Put the dress on, fell even more in love and walked out having ordered my dream dress. Thank you so much to everyone at Aurora Bride for making my wedding dress shopping hassle free. Cant wait to see the finished dress! Xx

Im in the process of buying my dress from Aurora Bride, so far the service has been A**.I couldnt fault the service provided one bit. On my second trip to the shop my bridesmaid was running late the ladys in the shop allowed me to wait for her to arrive before we started my appointment even tho all appointment were booked for the day! I have had such an enjoyable experience so far cant wait for my first fitting!! Thank you Aurora Bride! ❤️

I went to this wedding dress shop to help my friend look for a wedding dress and i couldnt believe how friendly all the staff were. It felt like they were actually your friends or family and they truly cared out how you felt and finding you the right dress! As I have never been to a wedding dress shop before I didnt know what to expect but this wedding dress shop listens to what you want and trys to help you with what you are looking for even making you try on things you wouldnt think of. They make sure they understand your budget first so they dont bring you any dresses that you wont be able to afford which in my eyes is a perfect way to understand what you can afford and if it is over budget they will tell you before you put it on to make sure you want to try it on. They truly care about you and they make you feel so cared for!I would recommend this bridal shop to all my friends!!!!

My best friend said yes to the dress, we all had such an amazing time. We wasnt rushed and nothing was too much! They personalised the visit to what my best friend wanted and came up with a completely unique dress. 5* outstanding service I will definitely be coming here to buy my dress

The nicest staff I have ever met.I received great service and the opportunity to try on lots of dresses. I took my Dad with me and they let him take pictures of the dresses. The prices were great, lots of choice with some lovely designers.Worth a visit. Happy dress shopping.

Having never had any experience with wedding dress shopping to say I was scared of the experience would be an understatement. Before I found Aurora Bride I’d been through MANY other sites and had started to think I wouldn’t be able to get a nice dress in my size and budget.From the moment I looked through the site it helped me feel at ease as not only do they have useful information on pricing/size but their blogs are extremely helpful and give great advice! I didn’t hesitate to book an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in on a day that was convenient to me.I was very nervous before my first fitting but there was absolutely no reason to be. All the staff were extremely supportive, friendly and flexible over time and never rushed us. I never felt pushed to make a decision even though time was running out for when I would need to order by to meet my wedding date deadline. I lost count the amount of times I popped in for follow up appointments/or quick visits just to check if shoes or accessories I’d bought would match my dress. Everytime I was made to feel welcome and the whole team offered great advice for my NEVER ENDING questions.I’m so happy with my choice and can’t thank you all enough!

I said Yes to the Dress at Aurora Bride yesterday!!! The minute you walk in the door youre made to feel so welcome. The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the shop and the fun music playing. I was recommended by my sister (who purchased her dress from Aurora bride 5 years ago). The short questionnaire youre asked to complete ahead of your appointment is super helpful and on the day Sarah, knew the style I liked. She listened and watched my reactions to the styles and finally pulled one off the shelf that I simply fell in love with. Sarah was just amazing, she laughed with my bridesmaids, knew when I wasnt comfortable and gave me the best cuddle ever when I said yes.I would 1000% recommend anyone to come here, picking your dress is so important and the team here will support you every step of the way.

I was near to giving up on dress shops when a friend recommended them - I loved everyone at this shop, so warm and friendly and a lovely selection of dresses - for more than girls who are a size 8 - they made me feel confident in my choice and every bit of the process that meant I didn’t ever have to worry about the dress!

I found my dream dress with the help of both Alison and Laura, both ladies really understood exactly what I was after and nothing was too much trouble. I tried on a variety of dresses and once we engaged the shape and style that best suited, Alison pulled out a dress that she thought I would love- I did, so much so that I brought it straight away!From start to finish all staff were fantastic and they even packed my dress ready to take to Cyprus with me.I can not recommend both Alison and her team at Aurora highly enough!

I got married in June this year 2019 and aurora bride was the second shop I went to to look for a dress. I couldn’t fault them at all so helpful, you never felt rushed, they understand your needs and what it is your looking for. They can tell if your uncertain on anything and do all they can to please what it is your unsure of. Nothing is a problem for the staff there. They are just amazing such a calming atmosphere for you to dress shop. Even though dress shopping can be a bit stressful at times I always felt reassured there and looked forward to going back for the dress fitting every time they just put your mind at ease. x

I loved every moment I spent in there. The ladies were very helpful and allowed me to try on different gowns and commented on how they looked on me. They didnt force any dress on me but allowed me to be free to pick what I liked. Its really good when you are allowed to be yourself.

I went here to get another dress after a horrible experience with another shop. Emma was lovely and made me feel really special. I’ve now found my dream dress and can’t wait for it to arrive in August. All the staff I’ve met so far have been lovely and welcoming.
