Very poor service dont respond to calls, they dont even tell us our user name and password for broadband.. seriously fed up with thier services but at no option have to stick to them..No proper customer support..Charged very high compared to all other broadbands...such a worst service..they dont even know the minimum troubleshooting...worst ever...please if you have any other options than this..choose that only ..choose this at least priority
