The new staffs does not know anything. Their behavior is so rude. The staffs are more interested in flirting with each other rather than addressing the concerns of the customers. before the food quality had degraded, now the service is also degraded.

Behaviour of the staffs is so bad, foods are also overpriced. Ordered non-veg pizza, delivered a veg paneer pizza, misplaced with anyone else. Whenever we go there just come back with a bad mood. There is nothing available in day time, staffs are not even hesitant to refuse customers. Why do they open the shop in the morning really dont know. I would rate it zero if it was possible.

I have gone to many cafes in my life but never I have eaten chicken sandwich with rosemary. It totally spoils the taste of the sandwich. Also the price here is too high compared to the taste of the food available here.

Ok service. Not much gathering but still they will not allow you to seat on the sofa if you are not more than 3 persons - even if there are no one except your team in the cafe. Food used to be good. Now pizzas don’t have much cheese in it. Drinks are more liquefied. With high prices we don’t expect such low quality food. Hope you will improve so that we can come again.

Wish I could give negative rating. Ordered a crushed cake. The manager showed a picture claiming they had delivered that design few months ago. The cake which they delivered looked so bad. They charged 700rs for each pound but the taste was also so bad. A 300 rs cake tastes much better.

The place is clean. Environment is good. Food is lip smacking. Staffs behaviour is good, especially the owner, Mr. Sumanta, who answered all our queries regarding the food available there, very politely. Even he suggested some items according our tastes. Would definitely visit here again :)

Very nice restaurant at Suri, Birbhum. Today I am visit 1st time. Good service and nice food quality. Tea, Cofee, Cake, Piza etc. available here. Awesome ..... full entertainment. I like specially cold coffee with ice cream.

A great cafe for hanging out. They serve a variety of shakes & smoothies. Personal favourite Mint-Oreo shake. 👌Their chicken burgers tastes great.Nice atmosphere & decorations. Great for both group outing and dates. Stuffs are friendly and well mannered.There is some place for two wheeler parking but no space for four wheeler parking.Overall a good experience. Very worst experience. Who are these untrained new staffs? They doesnt even know how to talk with the customers? For a minute we thought the cafe is now sold to the new person but later we heard that she is the new manager of the cafe.

Lately they are not providing any adequate amount of cheese in pizza. We ordered some pizzas through flavio, and what we received was few chunks of cheese on the surface of the pizza with bits of vegetables. It was like having 20rs pizza.

Quality of food is now so bad and expensive. Food price is more than many expensive restaurants here, but the taste of food is not same as before. Wastage of money and time.

Ordered 3 plates of mushroom on toast. Received 1. Called the manager but he said he cannot do anything. Also said he cannot refund the money. Are dada, poisa jokhon di6i tokhon puro khabar ta din.

In 2018 I bought Christmas cake from this cafe and my family loved it a lot. In 2019, I went to buy the Christmas cake from the cafe on 24th December but to my surprise they were not selling anything from their own bakery. Instead they were selling cakes of other company. When a company themselves are not sure of their own products then how can customers buy anything from them? So disappointed. Badly missed the cake

One of the modern place in Suri.... Good for casual visits.... various types of coffee options are available here.... you can also order some light or heavy snacks..... But the order and serve process is time taking.... And also the place is not so big.... and you have to wait outside during any occasion time.... Not several seats available inside for waiting.... Otherwise the decoration is very good and eye catchy.... And the staffs are good and helpful......

I ordered 1 Peri Peri Pizza, 1Farmhouse Pizza and 1 BBQ Chicken through Flavio app. The Quality of food was very bad, All food item test are same. Even the price of the food is costly than any reputed pizza company.

Went to this cafe yesterday. 1st, the food quality has got worse. 2nd, the time taken to provide food has increased to infinity(even there was only 2 table full of people). 3rd, they have increased the price of every items in the cafe🤣They have started this new menu from 1st January where they have increased the price to a large extent😅. Now we will think 1000 time before visiting this place.

Ordered a costly cake from here. We had placed the order many days back from the delivery date but they delivered a rotten cake. The chef from the cafe himself admitted that the cake was not fresh. Asked the owner for a refund but he said what delivered cannot be refunded and ran away from the cafe. Worst experience ever.
