Pathetic Service ! Was looking for some lingerie , was said that the lady in the trial room would help with getting the sizes, asked her to help and change the size.. she went with the product and never returned ! I waited inside the trial room for about 15mins for her to return.. finally had to leave as she never came back!The staff is not even courteous enough to refuse help ! Im sure I would not like to shop from M&S surat again !! Would rather travel to mumbai for the same .. but not here !

Worst experience.. All Unprofessional staff & behavior was very rude, all staff behave like they are owners of the stores and customers are there servant. They all should be kicked away and this type of brand should get ban in india if they dont have sources to hire professionals.
