I recently ordered a saree which was damaged in the border. Neither did they apologize for a defective piece nor did they offer to replace it . I have so many sarees of theirs and this attitude really is not ACCEPTED. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCT ONLINE. if theres a fault you will not get a refund or replacement!

Recently on see an advertisement in FB , immediately we ordered a saree for Rs.1500.00. The quality that we received was of very low quality and the colour were totally different. The cost of saree that we have ordered must be less than ₹500, for which we paid ₹ 1,500. We decided to return the saree , now the twist is that , we have to return the saree ourselves. In spent another ₹250 to return the saree. Now another twist is that , very interesting, our returned saree will be coverted as store credit for only -200 rupees. ₹ 1300 . We have reorder and take it once again. The biggest problem is that the customer girls cant speak English . What ever saree comes is what we have accept. Very costly for the product,that is seen in the website.Please think 100 times before placing order. Walk to the your nearest shop and select of your choice.
