I Hope there is a Negative Star Option. I ordered From Textile Export on 5th March of amount 21000+ and i recived the product in 2 parts 1 after 10 day on 16th March and Other Package i recived on 30th March Product was good then i thaught of visiting them instead of geting it couriered as it takes while so we planned my visit on 2nd April with telephonic confirmation with one of the employee and asking the route. And to our suprise they deniend us to show the product as the sales girl which i was dealing with was absent and they were soo rude that they dont even bother to asist and told us to leave the premises . And Mr Praful he is the owner who doesnt know how to take and ownership and responsibility and told us to vist later as the sales girl was not present. and giving the fake excuses as there was some Corona Positive Cases in there office.

I had placed an order worth Rs. 23k on 22nd April, it has been almost two weeks. I have been asking them when are they going to dispatch the order, they just kept replying we will update you once the order is dispatched. The worst part is now they are not even replying since 30th April.

Rs 30 to Rs 50 higher then other websites,Not only That Textilexport deals in seconds thats why always send damage pcs to customers,I mentioned strictly I dont want gold print Kurts out of 26 kurties I got 15 kurties in gold print, I paid 500 rs for courier charges, bcoz of there mistake I have to send back the parcel again I have to pay 500 for courier, They will change all kurties and send again they will charge 500 from customers, its there policy, always customer have to bare the loss, if they can provide check the products then only pay the amount then only place ur orders other wise customer have to bare the loss really poor service, textile export is not trustable they never admit there mistakes bcoz of that customer have to bare all the losses.
