I just got tick wash for my dog and as soon as I came home I found a mother tick on her. They didnt even inform me to consult a doctor or anything regarding it and On complaining neither did I get any satisfactory response nor did they take any responsibility for the same. Very disappointed with the service. Please be careful.

Lots of new things available. Didnt try my dog spa but they have variety of Food for dogs, cats Birds and classy accessories too. If you are Pet Parents than you should visit once.

Loved the service. My pet gets anxious during grooming and never lets the groomer to do it…but at just dogs everything was amazing and he got grooming done very nicely.

Its been more than 2 years my little Bunny (lahsaapso breed) getting his spa and haircut from here and not a single time i have any complain or dissatisfaction. Its been always a good experience over here. They pamper our babies just like we do. And though bunny is very moody and aggressive by nature still he is never threatened and they always take extra care of him. I am 110% satisfied with their all kind of service. ❤️

Worst service ever received. They donot know how to maintain relationship with their customers. Very rude at talking to the customers. They have ego that they have many customers who take their pet to them, so they do things in a way they wish and doesnt respect the customers and always takes more time than they say and then blame the customer fir coming late to recieve their pet. Very very disappointed by the service and they are nit ready to listen anything which the customers wish to say. I would recommend anyone going their should immediately stop giving their pet to just dogs new city light as they can disappoint anybody by not respecting or not listening to your concerns. It happened to me and can happen to anybody. I would not like to give even a single star for their service and way of communication because they are more than worse at it.

All are fine, but price are very high and policy of purchase above 500 rs then they will give discont otherwise no discount is not fair

My shih Tzu puppy loves the spa and looks adorable after grooming session. From toys to food , from grooming products to healthy snacks. Just dogs is my go to shop.

Took my lil pup here for his shopping and dry bath, needless to say the service was great. He came out of his bath fresh as a daisy and the people gave us great advice on what products would be best suited for our lil boy.

Had a wonderful experience here with my Shih tzu puppy. The owner Sonal was at her best both in grooming & taking care of & handling my pup with love. I would definitely recommend this place to the pet parents of Surat. Theyre really too good.

He is one person with hell of a knowledge and will guide you through the entire process.. If you will be going to be the owner of such lovely animal for first time and want to clear all your doubts there is no one else than Shivam in this town.
