Croma was having one of the finest sales staff , but that has changed & hence reducing the rating as recently visited and they are not at all eager to sales , was answering my questions forcefully not having proper product knowledge also.Seems like no increment is done for their team since last 2 years due to covid which is decreasing moral of once highly motivated sales team.Better to buy online if this experience continues.
