I explained not once but a thrice, you have already captured something in your mind. Regarding the business, you must need to work on your infrastructure, management, technical abilities. I still remembered, you have loss a few good clients due to lack of your English and technical abilities. BDM efforts are not only enough to win the project but requires good resources, communication and commitments. These all are missing in your company. Other thing, you dont have enough portfolio to represent to clients.Yeah about the sharing information with competitor, how lie you are here. If I intend to share your information, I dont wait for 4 month. I would have done it in a few days of my joining.
