I have been working with this company for the past two years and I must admit that they have maintained their commitment towards the project independently of the faced issues (they were not few). Something that was very much appreciated and that not all outsourcing companies will do. The deliverables quality were good at the end although indeed many iteration and testing were required on our side (QA and PM could not be delegated). Overall I would really recommend this company for their price/quality.

I.D.E.A. inc. contracted with UPWork to build an App from videos which had already been prepared for the App. UPWork hired EbizzInfotech to do this, and they did a very poor job. Instead of 2 months as promised, the project went on and on. After 14 moths they had not completed the project. We fired them after 14 months. Now we are requesting 50% our payment back and they are refusing our demand. We have had to hire a new programmer to finish this job. This is worst experience of my 37 years in business.
