The company is looking for a software engineer with a salary of Rs 5,000. And even in giving such a salary, his (CEO OF AVINASHI) blood pressure has increased. CEO has good technical skills so they dont suit like CEO because of very poor management of this company since 2000. As projects vise they have not good projects on last 20 years. So be careful guys for Trapping anyone with a sweet voice by CEO.Not a professional company or very demotivate environment.

I had worked with CEO Ashwin Savani, as my experience this company is highly unprofessional, as I was the HR in the company and i saw that employees are not getting salary for long times as well as they are even not felicitate employees with chai & coffee, very poor managements as the CEO is such a lier so please take care with his statements.Very bad experience……

- Poor management- Low salary - software or EC Engineer (eg. 5k to 10k)- Only mera CRM product otherwise they have not to do work.- No HR. Then salary issue, salary like 5k to 10k in every month.- only 8 to 9 employees Invluding with CEO and COO.- Always they can do mettings , no work only Metings and time waste.- as lerner good company but no expect salary in this period.- CEO have no Vision in this fastest Technology.

Not so corporative boss and give half of the salary. Select for the one role to work but after joining will give you 2-3 roles with same salary range bar. Worst experience with the boss only.

Company has no vision, no money, no future , no management, no projects , no sallry for employees 😂😂 aware guys for going interview (Fresher)at avinashi.
