It was my worst experience here...I would have given them 0 star instead of 1 if I was able to. Their staff even dont know how to behave with a customer...very rude staff👎👎

I am really dissappointed with the product which i had purchased , after paying 9000 rupees for new blance shoes and after only 3 months , the sole of shoes is been teared, after repeatedly complaning they have done nothing for my product,the same problem has occured with one of my friend too and he also have the same problem with this brand,i highly suggest everyone not to buy new balance brand and not to purchase any other product from neos store,because frankly speaking after the using of product i even suspect they are even selling orignal product.and even their staff has no courtacy of talking to customers,once you have purchased the product and paying for it, they do not take any resposibility of their product even under warranty period,it feels like they are being bothaerd to give you service.i have given them 1 star only because it dosn’t have option of a lesser review than it.

I would never visit here again only due to their staff. They were talking so impatiently...even they refused to show me the second shoe of my pair which i had selected.
