I got some kids books in Hebrew. I do wish they had a lady that could have helped me... I am converting to Judaism and am/was here for work. They have ZERO Jewish stores in my area in Virginia. Yeah, banjos start playing when you turn down the road to my farm house. But very nice store.

Ordered online and received email that the package shipped on 3/5. Its now the 16th and the package hasnt arrived. The tracking number says package was never dropped off at USPS. I called customer service and they said they cant give me a date or any information. I asked to cancel the order and was told to ship back the package when I receive it and then theyll refund me. Horrible policy and service. The person I spoke to wasnt friendly. Very east coast rude.

I used to come here alot as child.. the CD stand with headphones previewing the newest jewish music.. checking out the new books.. but the place has changed alot.. im giving it a 3 only because of customer service.. I was looking for a gift for a Jewish engagement party. Being someone who is not familiar with the Jewish culture I was fretting over what to get her. But the owner there was extremely helpful! He took me through the entire process and make it an extremely effortless process! He explained every item he thought would be suitable as a gift. He explained the purpose behind each item. It was an extremely awarding learning experience. And what’s most important was that my friend loved the gift! I am so happy I came here!On top of that, upon wrapping the gift one of the workers there were so kind to help me bring the gift to the car service I called for! He was so kind!

Pleasant store. I was happy to have come at a time when they were running clearance and I got some great finds at amazing prices. Staff was helpful. I wish there were a more inviting childrens book department - they had all the childrens books but many were just slotted into shelves which kids dont tend to explore. As an adult I browse shelves but I like displays better. Oh and they have some beautiful Judaica gift items! Its not what I was shopping for so I didnt explore but it looked great as I passed!

Now this is a place I love to shop everything is so easy to find and the staff is amazing always there to help out. And if you cant find something theres a guy with a computer that looks to see if they have it and if not they order it for you. And the prices are ok too.

Placed an order Before Pesach, to be delivered to my house. I emailed first to confirm that it will arrive in time, and they told me it would arrive before Pesach. My order never arrived, I called the store and they told me that my order was never sent out, I asked to speak to someone in the web department and was told there is no one to speak to, only via email. In my order was 2 Haggadas that was a gift for my wife and Ami and Mishpacha magazine. The Haggadas I didnt have for the seder and the magazines are now sold out in all stores. In other words they were not reliable and ruined part of my holiday. I understand that mistakes can happen but they refuse to take responsibility for what happened or even offer some sort of compensation, like any other responsible store would do. I would not rely on them or shop by them again. Not Recommended!

I was in the store and bought a set of seforim. As I was from out of town, I asked to have it shipped to me. I paid the shipping cost (It says free shipping. only from website not the store. Like that makes sense). Instead of shipping that day, as promised. It still hadnt shipped 4 days later. When I called and asked about it. I was told i was too busy to take care of it, sorry. There was no offer to refund shipping or any thing but sorry. I told them it was not okay and it isnt. If you are from out of town, be very careful doing business with this group.

The service in this place is outstandingly amazing! I sent a message through whatsapp asking for book suggestions for my kids ages. I got an instant reply & the salesperson was so patient. He sent me pictures of the books with prices. He also explained all the options he has. I chose the books I wanted & even got a 10% off. Within 30 minutes the books were delivered to my door!! My kids are so excited to read their books over pesach. Thank you for such an easy & enjoyable shopping experience.

I came here to buy a book which would be great for a gentile to learn about Judaism. I had my white kufumi cap with me totally identity me as a Muslim. And when I immediately entered the store, 3 employees came to me asking what type of book I am looking for and when I told them about learning about Judaism, all of them did fantastic in choosing the right books for me and recommending books such as Understanding Judaism and while helping me with the right book for me, the employees even shared some knowledge about Judaism for me such as a few supplications, the Shema which is recited everyday and even listened to me pointing out some similarities between Islam and Judaism. Amazing feeling of brotherhood and amazing customer service.

Nice large superstore. the place is widely known all over town. people even come here for unofficial dates.....

Horrible customer service. Always rude and never helpful at all. Just called them to see if they have an English pocket Tehillat Hashem in stock. The store worker refused to even check. After repeatably asking him he finally says it is going to take a long time and he puts me on hold for a very long time. When he finally comes back on the line he simply hangs up on me. I call back numerous times but he sees my number in the caller ID and never answers. The people who work in this store are fake Hassidiim. Their Middot are worse than a Goy. They are a bunch of Hungarian Goyiim who decided to dress like and pretend to be Hassidiim.
