Very limited collection in mid range shoes. Also size no 7 missing in most pairs. Also new pair in same number not available. They said shoes on the rack are the only pair available. Staff was co operative.Overall not good experience.

Home Delivery to be expedite and they should confirm the availability of shoes/sandals/flats/slippers instead of keeping customers wait for long.

According to me citylight store is have very good collection and very excellent display, the more thing is staff very well approach and friendly.

They have really wide variety. The staff is really professional and helpful.

Generally my whole family prefer bata shoes, but this showroom staff was so bad that now I may never visit bata. Staff has no etiquette to talk, they raise there voice to sell there default products. Phele baat karna sikha do staff ko plss esa treatment kabhi nahi hua mere sath. Awaz and tone nahi kharabh karni chaiye customer ke samney!!
