We thought DVDAS is a great platform, they might have some genuine candidates.But no, if you are the first timers, here me out before giving them first 10,000 rupees. We signed up for the salesman, they linked me interviews, i have hired him then he didnt arrived. Then again same thing happened for 3-4 times. The problem is they do not have a perfect candidate list or knowledge as they claim. They go thru naukri, indeed and that kind of platform and find someone for you. They didnt even know or have some knowledge of them. I think its better that you pay to naukri or indeed then this guys because they do the same. The last guy which was brought in after 4 months, didnt joined. They force you to accept the candidates from this, they dont care about the quality of a candidate they just care about forcing you to recruit and close the job. Dont go for this kind of job consultancies. Find someone who have a genuine candidate list or just use the naukri and indeed. We paid 10,000 rupees and spent 4 months and didnt find anyone. Dont waste your time on this.And yes about those good reviews you find here, they requires candidate to post a good review about them! Think about tyranny.

My very best express in Devdas, because Sheetal Madam always guided me well. Had given good advice and also hired two of my friends on the job as well. Now when we call them, he does not pick up our phone and if someone picks up, Sheetal does not even talk to Madam. Speak that we will call you from the front. Nobody answers. Worst job consultancy ever. (read the whole review to know the reality)Dont focus on positive reviews. Most of the reviews are fake and many agencies are doing it nowadays.They ask you to visit their office personally and then they will make you feel negative about your career. They indirectly force you to take the job which is not of your choice. They just want to earn money and dont even care about anyones career.Very unprofessional behavior non qualified people.These are the people who spoil the job market continuously. They do brainwash of a fresher and convince them to work in a very low salary (10K to 12k per month even after BE + MBA). Instead of giving proper guidance, they offer them very low salary sales jobs.They dont even know the difference between sales and marketing.They ask to submit your original document with them for a certain period of time if you get the job. I mean why the hell you need to do that?According to them, your previous experience has no value if you are changing the job and moving to another city. Your masters degree is worthless. You need to accept the same job at the same salary which is offered to the 12th pass fresher. It doesnt matter if you have 2 years of experience as well.Go there only if want to ruin your career or want to waste some of months/years of your career.
