Good food, good ambience and Unlimited gujarati for Rs. 300, what more does anyone want. Food was served hot, of good quality and taste, not too sweet. The serving staff was very attentive, constantly bringing things as required. Loved the experience.. Worth trying for sure.

The food here is so authentic is that when we are on to the heaven..the varities they have shows thier real tradition of gujarati food.their staff is awesome..and taste of thier food is unbileevely awesome..you cant stop licking your fingers when you start eating.

The ambience is very nice and you feel relaxed. However, the food was not up to the mark as far as selection of green vegetables are concern. Neither was the Puri - too much oily. They try to serve faster but there seems to be a lack of coordination between them.Basically, not good enough for the rate they are charging..

This is one of the best Gujarati Thali in Surat. We had multiple times during of multiple visits in Surat. Variety in Thali and taste of all items are excellent. I didnt liked the thali .

I Ordered Family Meal lunch through swiggy from this place, but was always delivered only curry and dal, without rice and roti. When complained on swiggy , they processed only the refund of rotis & rice. What I am going to do with the curry and dal. Such unprofessional behaviour from Kansar and Swiggy. Would not be considering Kansar next time onwards. Also, Kansar hasnt provided their contact number on Google , so that nobody is able to reach out.

For the Gujarati food lovers Kansar is highly recommended. Traditional Gujarati welcome at the entrance, dinning area nice and clean decked out with traditional hindustani dinners furniture, well trained staffs add to the experience. Sumptuous tasty food kept coming. We had a great dinning experience. Enjoyed the evening.

Ample space to sit but crowded on Saturdays and Sundays. 12 - 15 different varieties served in plate. Services are very quick. Advice to taste all items in little quantity and then go for those which suits your taste. Food is heavy and bit oily. Go on empty stomach to enjoy the food .

We had a very bad experience today when we went to Kansar L P Savani restaurant today for Birthday celebration. Restaurant atmosphere was good and staff welcome us very well too. As soon as we started having our food we saw two mouse running behind the glass window. We were horrified to learn that behind the glass window there was a Kansar kitchen and store??? I complained the manager that If customers can see the mouse running around what could be inside the kitchen and store?? what could be the hygiene level in kitchen? I will definitely not visit this restaurant again nor recommend my family or friends. I will complain to food and hygiene. Kansar is just a big name but hygiene wise worse that eating lary food on footpaths. In fact eating on lary is more hygienic as you can see the preparation in front of your eyes.

They didnt bothered to ask for choice even. Whatever they wanted to serve they did. It was completely waste of money.

Kansar restaurant is available at centre location of the city. Unlimited Gujarati food item are available in dish. Dish contain 3 veg sabji, roti, 2 farshan, 2 sweet, rise,dal, khichdi, kadhi etc . Its a heavy dish. I understand Gujarati food is oily but here the food was more than just oily. The food quality can be improved. Rest everything was good.

It was a birthday function of my eldest sister, wherein we were invited for dinner. According to me, the rates per person/thali they are charging against the food served is much more than its quality. It is their usual practice to prepare two to three items palatable however rest of the items /vegetables served is not up to the mark. They are charging Rs. 280/- per head which I believe is more. To attract the customer they must reduce the rates and improve the quality.
