This is fraud bag store. When you are buying bag at that time they say this bag have international warranty but when you are traveling internationally and if there are any problem in the bag at that time they say sorry this bag have no international warranty. I have this bad experience. I have Tommy Hilfiger bags. I am right now in Germany. There are one problem in bag’s wheel. When i contact for this problem at that time they said this bag have no international warranty.So please don’t buy bags from this store. This is last number quality store in surat.

Very bad service.. while buying the bag they promise and they say we will give you the best service... But the reality is they dont even care... They dont reply to the customer properly... They just do a promise but they cant fulfill the promise.. I am very disappointed from the shop seller

Very poor service. I bought a premium samsonite cabin bag from these people. Within a few months i had an issue with one wheel which was not rotating properly so gave them for replacement. They somehow fixed and gave it back in a few days. To my surprise, the wheel came out on my first rolling after loading the luggage, so i had to give it again. Again they did some repair and again the wheel came out when i tried to roll the bag. I gave it the third time, this time also the repair is of poor quality and on top of it they mishandled my bag and tore it. Samsonite gives warranty for replacement but I assume they never replaced the wheel. Or even if they did, the job is very poor. Samsonite should strictly audit the workings of this store as I am not pleased with its management.

Its like a leather accessories mall. You name the Brand and you get it. Say it Travellers Bag, Backpack, Clutch pouch, handbags, slings, shoulder bag, all Smart and fancy bags and purse and wallets and belts. You get it all here

A decent four stars. This is a branch of old shoo from city area. They are mainly sellers of luggage and travel accessoires like purses, pouches etc.They also have a franchise of Samsonite. Good people. They do their business honestly. No cheating. Staff is polite. They also have many discount offers and if you want to buy genuine branded luggage, this is a place. Samsonite is expensive though. But there are many other brands also available here. Delsy Paris, VIP....long list....
