Good handling but parking issues is there

Laptop was quite and sustained a lot... 💯% good quality laptop...But poor quality service center...I gave my laptop for changing the back lid for which they didnt had give any bill or something and moreover added some minor spots on my screen and when I complaint about that thing so they even didnt consider that and said that it was already on screen..A person using his laptop daily for bills very well know about spots on his LCD screen while using...Basic thing...2 star for the product quality only..

Went with laptop that hasnt been started for last 20 days. Wasnt charging, no lights, checked the adaptor all good, so it must be the laptop. Gave them on 2 sept, they told me it would be done in 3 days, and they would inform me, after a week of calling, they told me that all it needs is a motherboard repair and will charge me 3300 , I said yes, next day they told me I got faulty battery too. Told them just repair my motherboard. Laptop is running, slow but still have some minor issues, software issues probably will get it rectify from them.

I got my laptop repair from here... It was little more time taking.. but overall a good service...

They misguide their customers. When you reach with your laptop they dont open in front of you and ask to keep with them. They says it will take minimum 2 to 3 days even if your system problem is minor.My laptop just repaired in 10 minutes from another service point.For which CPS people said to wait for 3 days.You can think what they can do in 3 days with your notebook.

Never buy any product from any CPS centre. Because they are not providing proper customer service. If your product is defected ,though your product is on warranty you have to done all warranty procedure. They do not take any responsibility about your product.They say that they are only sell genuine Windows but if you say they will install you cracked windows or any cracked software you want.

Service is very poor. Not even capable of giving demo for the purchased laptop. Not able to install pen supplied. Technical skill is less but marketing only is good.
