Theres is no response after buying a car from dealer.Before delivery of car the dealer used to approach in a good way but after delivery of car they are not ready to resolve the matter relating to them. Even after 5 months of Delivery of car they are not taking any decision to solve the matter. The matter is nothing big ,its the matter of remitting the excess amount paid to them and delivery of coded number plate. Rest everything is excellent from pramukh automotive Pvt ltd surat

DEAR pramukh tata...please improve your service...your service is very very poor service...i have indica 2007 model zeta petrol and now days i bought altrox xz petrol in 27.08.2020 first service is done by your non trend mechanic because...broke my altroz battery cap holder front of me..and unfortunately had accident on 7th oct 2020 and same day i visited work shop and delivered my car for claim, thereafter 20 days after.. i receive my car today around 4.30 pm with various problems and color issues and finaly i meet MR. HASIM BHAI ANSARI and i told my concerns and immediately MR. HASIM BHAI start work and finish work within 5 hours and MR. HASIM BHAI ANSARI is a very very gentleman and he know very well how to deal costumers..and Mr. jignesh Bhai and Bhautik Bhai also co-operate me..last but not least please improve your service network...like other auto makers.....because i am a big fan of tata cars...and i want TATA SABKI DILO ME RAZZ KARE i have indica zeta petrol and also i advertise local product...local for vocal...and finally i proud of TATA family member since 2007....THANK YOU...
