Service Number always busy. No call back from service number. FALTU software service ever.

Worst program in accounting, west of time, money and mind, i would like to request to all please do not buy this program. very very very poor service , no co-operate from staff.

I used this program from 1994....great and simple any one can usein presant position of GST they try to give best service ..

Very poor service especially after GST regime....not receiving call...no reply of sms... they are charging update charge( GST) for their software to update while others are not charging anything ( like tally) . Paisa j lootva baitha chhe.... very bad....

The service was good before GST, but after GST it is going worst. None of their any contact number works. They do not come to update software as GST compatible in spite of return file dates gone past. Even if we go to their office, the problems remains unsolved.

Very poor service for updating a software. I am tax consultant and my must of the clients remove the MCS software during the last Financial Year due to their poor service and high AMC and GST Updating charges.
