Не стал жаловаться в деливери, хотел решить мирно, т.к. просила администратор, да и мы были постоянными клиентами этой пиццерии, имелся определенный уровень доверия, предлагали прийти в ресторан на следующий день и забрать недополученную часть заказа. В итоге пиццу я не получил, а весь свой обеденный перерыв вчера потратил на безрезультатный поход до ресторана на Краснопролетарской, который закрылся насовсем. Деливери претензии принимать отказался, потому что не надо доверять всем подряд, а лучше сразу обращаться в поддержку при проблемах с заказом, обращение через сайт пиццерии просто проигнорировано. Если будете здесь что-то покупать - внимательно смотрите на то, что привезли, платите наличными на месте на случай если вас захотят обмануть как меня. Разочарован, это первый раз когда меня кинули с доставкой. Пицца вкусная, но, очевидно, что из-за отношения и отвратительного сервиса, никакого желания покупать здесь что-либо ещё, нет. Понятно что ресторану это как слону дробина, со своей стороны я могу лишь оставить отзыв и предупредить других людей.upd. Связались и компенсировали, проблему считаю исчерпанной.
