Best place with great food, beautiful location, pocket friendly & nice homely atmosphere

Just Wow place with great food specially

This place is not the worth the money. Following are the cons -1. Price of the beds are not fixed. Owners quote different price to different people. One can easily bargain.2. If you are staying for short period dont pay the deposit money. They will not return. You can rather live on a Rs. 500 per day basis.3. They charge Rs. 6 per unit per person for AC in a 4 seater room and ask for Rs.1000 ac maintenance over and above room rent. No point paying such high bill when electricity is Rs. 7 per unit approximately.4. Food is very bad. They dont even hesitate serving stale and expired food. The quality of oil they use is very bad. They dont even provide breakfast on time. Worst of all, they provide only breakfast on Sunday and no dinner.5. They provide boiled water instead of RO. It stinks.Pros -1. Cleanliness is good.2. Laundry service is okayish, but not timely.Conclusion - At this price, there are far better places available in nearby area. Thanks.

My deposit of ₹7000 was not reimbursed. They have provided the worst service and hospitality. Moreover they also refuse to sort out the concerns(in their own pg) if any.

7000 rupees advance deposit was not returned despite choosing to opt out the very next day. This is no way to run a Pg by resorting to bullying college kids with already on a tight budget.

The deposit money wasnt returned even though i had opted out of staying there. They ruthlessly shunned me and my friends off and refused to our pleas
