Shri Vighnaharta Parshvanath PrabhuMoolnayak - 103 cms Black colored idol of Lord Vighnahar Parshvanath in high Padmasana posture. Above the head of the idol is a canopy of hundreds of hoods (Sahastrafana).Teerth - It is in Nishal Sheri in Randar near Surat.Historicity - Randar is an ancient village near Surat.This temple was built by Jain Sangh around V.No.1800 and the idol of Lord Adinath was installed as Moolnayak God. V.No.1683 is written on this idol. The idol of Lord Vighnahara Parshvanath is next to the idol of Lord Adinath. The idol of Lord Parshvanath is believed to be more than 300 years old. At one time, there were 14 Jain temples and 143 Jain idols in Randar. In V.No.1638, during his Chaturmas at Randar, while writing Sri Sripal Rasa, Mahopadhyay Shri Vinayvijay attained the lotus feet of the Lord. On his signal, Shri Shripal Rasa was then completed here by Mahopadhyay Shri Yashovijaji.Other Temples - Presently there are 5 temples in Randar.
