I doubt that all staff educated or not? Zero service quality of staff..no sense that how to talk with customers

No one pickup calls.

They never deliver post on time. I have subscribed for India Today. They send it by post every week. But I receive 3 issues togather at home once after 3 weeks. Pathetic approach and situation.

Third class calling system. I was calling last 2 hours but still no any reply.

I wish there was negative rating. The address is wrong and made me search all places. Still couldnt find it. NOONE picks up the phone. the usual GOVERNMENT ATTITUDE OFFICE. No wonder why we pay more money to private firms. THIRD CLASS INDIA POST...

Not so great service, but fine place

A good sub post office in the area , situated at the bank of main busy road,parking ,wheel chair entrance ability ,Good conduct by the staff.The Surat mahapalika walking park situated in-front of this post office.

Very poor system never answers call

Very Very poor service. Any time you go for account transaction, there is always excuse of some or other thing not working...like server is down, printer doesnt work, computer has problem. So many people standing in a long queue, post office staff doesnt care about people standing, they go for breakfast without their break time. For a small work you have to visit atleast 3 times to work done.Only one person handles collecting cash, paying cash, making entries. Very Very Slow staff. They need training. Very poor attitude.This is same problem from many years but no one cares to raise voice or complain.Its better to open account in any bank then post office.Todays pictures. Today also Kantibhais printer doesnt work for entery, and this is a regular problem.
