Well, the name is familiar by its adverts for buying /selling used cars; here I will only review about this branch employees behaviour & responses; this was first experience for evaluating my car wholly through known brand: moreover their technicians are well trained I guess so because theyve captured a bunch of photos of my car and its quite decent 35-40 min process on evaluating expected market price of my used four-wheeler. After this process you might have to wait for few minutes to get exact amount. Apart of that, their front desk staff were friendlier as well responsive; towards customers queries and regarding expected price. Furthermore, the branch is very well organised and clean.This review, is solely based upon my own experience by visiting them and its only about staff gesture and cleanliness in branch: which shouldnt be mean that Im not satisfied with brand.Because sometimes employer nature which can lead to grow the business and not only by the brand name.

Dont trust this company. Its a fraud. In the starting they dont mention service charge. they charged 10,000/- as a service charge, and when I asked them what does service charge includes.They told me service charge company generally takes because company has staff and office expense. they cant even arrange to pick up. car from the home. I would havent sold the car to them If I didnt have emergency. They dont ask for all the documents in the first time. They sent me twice-thrice for the just 4-5 documents. Trust me, they are completely fraud. Dont sell them. In fact you can also check their fraud story on YouTube. One of the victim got trapped by them. The most important thing when I asked them for inclusive of 10000/- service charge they dont have any answer for that. Also they called me for feedback and I asked them to connect the call to your senior manager, they denied and told me that will call you back in sometime. And till date I havent received the call. And all those who are rated wonderful experience are their team members. So, dont trust them.

I was an employer there for sometime. Organisation is good but the staff here in adajan store is very very unprofessional specially store manager, they even dont follows the basics policy of company.. they predicting the cars value from there own just to not go ahead for inspection.

Worst Services !!!Companys Telecaller Told me that he grantee give 2.50 lakh Price for my car he also mention he already have buyer ready I just need to visit his office and inspect my car. After inspection they offer me 1.16 lakh Price its seem like Telecaller just need to fulfill his target. that why he give me false promises and I west my 2.5 Hours for inspect my carPlease use OLX Guys not waste your time here !!

Worst services I have ever had.. aaj maine visit kiya tha. Me appointment leke gaya tha. receptionist not responded well she is busy in her mobile. Even she have no my appointment number told me to seat 5 minute after waiting 15 minute I approached her again she asking me for appointment number and told me you have to wait more 45 minutes all the staff Were busy in mobile one more customer like me left the office for same issue. Guys please dont visit here it is only waste of time.....

They are not able to deal even after a month and they claim 24 hours....

First of all best comments are from their employees only . My personal experience as below number wise(1)give you appointment time of 11 oclock and then they keep you waiting till 3 hours(2) online they show 4.10 lac to 4.35 lac of fair (bad) condition and good condition is between 4.67 lac to 4.90 but when you go to inspection they will tell you all the deduction and come to the price for 3 lacThey waste your time approximately 5 hours and you get nothing but waste of time

I request people Total time wasting dont go threw this company. Cheat us and pressurised s for our car value. They gave us price is compared like a scrap value.
