Very Bad experience I would give 0 star .I have ordered lehenga with Koti with Order ID 887810000910 but receive totally different colour they show something else on the display & send something else.I will attach Images for your reference.I will not recommend to buy through such fraudsters.Dont waste your money these people are looting us.I will take them to consumer court

Good products at an affordable price with quick international delivery but really disappointed in the customer service.i had 9 items missing and its been over a month and a half and still not got a refund on the missing items. one of the saree also came damaged and i asked for a replacement and got no reply from them.I asked if i can swap the missing sarees t with another catalogue as the sarees were still out of stock but the only reply i get is wait.It wouldve been better if they had contacted us before sending the products informing us that the items are out of stock so that i couldve replaced it with another catalogue.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! -FRAUD!!I ordered a saree online and the seller kept saying will be dispatched. Pls wait because lot of shops shut down for Covid. He dragged on Nd on for months while my orders from other suppluers/sellers went through smoothly.Finally he gets back and says product not available. I said I need my money back. I was charged for the product+ shipping fee+ tax+ credit card fee+ some handling fee. Never received my money or the product till now.

Wholetex cyra alizah vol 5 fabric quality is extremely poor...bottom cotton fabric is of such a bad quality secondly top kurta fabric jam cotton is very poor...never ever buy such quality...total wastage of money I purchased 5 suits worth 5000 and no return policy even on the name of such poor quality.I suggest never buy before research

They dont provide proper stiching NV 1421 Model have hands in pic in reality dress dont have hands. NV 0022 dont have jukas . image and really are entirely difference.

RODUCT PRICES ARE HIGH. QUALITY NOT GOOD. iIRRESEPONSIBLE PEOPLE. They told wholesaler or manufacturer. But they are not wholesaler . They sell single and bulk at same price. This is not WHOLETEx this is a HOLETEX.

After initially having a few hiccups I received my parcel from Wholetex. Not only was it packaged neatly and sealed properly, the actual fabric is exquisite. The delay in the package arriving turned out to be not Wholetex but the courier which they used. They were helpful and tried their best to track the parcel. They are readily available on WhatsApp and will listen to all queries and try their best to assist. They have advised that they will be looking to change their international courier. If they get that sorted, they will surely be a winner with international buyers. Thanks Wholetex for your friendly customer service and for the stunning fabric which most certainly did not disappoint.

Website par number to de rakkha hai etana lekin call karne par koi pickup nhi karta hai or na hi call back aata hai order ka koi confirmation nhi milata whatsApp par koi properly response nhi pata nhi kese sales executive hai enke . Jinhe properly reply tak karna nahi aata hai.
