Staff is really friendly and informative. However, you might not find all the flagship products of your particularly chosen brand. All in all, its decent.

It is over staffed outlets & nearly all are Never Customer Friendly. Most of them are semi literate having partial or no knowledge of Products and Services. Even Senior Staff in managerial positions remain absconded to run personal or domestic errands.Though being a Tata outlet, products are of Standard Quality .

Very poor level of billing services. Vijay sales is much better than this. I had to wait for almost one hour to get my billing done. No single person had complete ownership of end to end sale transaction. Normally the sales person should be present to ensure completion of billing. Very bad experience.

One of the worst and pathetic service provided. Really had a bad experience from croma store vesu, have bought an A.C one month back, getting leakage with outlet unit. Either Croma executive respond properly or the A.C provider company (Panasonic). Would recommend people not buy anything from croma.If you cant provide service to the customer you should not assure it.
