I exchanged my old air conditioner and for that they made no payment to me. First they didnt agree that I returned AC and then they denied payment. Stop picking up phones.They are thugs and cheat people, especially Mr Anil

Will surely be good to you untill they receive payment thereafter they wont be intrested in any of customer query or problem....you just have to keep visiting their store n request them to help you out...weve bought a refrigerator...that too on exchange policy...weve made complete payment for the new refrigerator and the same has been delivered to us around 10-12 days back...but the old one has not yet been taken up by them...its actually very problematic as being a middle class person we do not have the space to keep 2 huge refrigerators at home...as we dont live in a palace or some bunglow...but they are not bothered about it and at last they even stop taking up your call...horrible behaviour...will not recommend this store to any one....!!!!
