One for sure shoppers stop doesnt have that much of brand value anymore...1stly due to its untrained staff and rubbish management policies.... mostly staff are undereducated especially ones who are standing in the billing section...they dont know how to deal with a guest properly...moreover in this global market where every product has a discount and u can get it home delivered...there is hardly any discount available...most of the counters do not have even staff to entertain u...choices are also very limited and prices are too high...

Visited shopper stop situated in VIR mall at Surat. Always visit of such place we didnt come out empty handed. This is first experience in shopper stop that we couldnt find variety & proper sizes for ladies formal attire / dress. Not enough variety in shirts & trousers for small & extra small size were available. Though other things are okay we could pick up Birthday dress for our kid we got disappointed on above point.
