28th April 2018 I visited bank fir open my account. They closed because I didnt make any transaction. At time they gave me one form. I filled it and when go to submitting they gave another form. And on 2nd may 2018 when I reached at back and gave form. But person at that place was different today. I gave him form but he give me another form to filled up and submit to them. Why they are not giving all required form to customer.
