They do pick up calls everytume. But just this once I called them and 1 guy put me on hold for like forever and ultimately the call got disconnected. Other than that no complains
Poor service.Even customer support executive are not responding proper. He make me fool with hopeless answer.My Delivery location is surat and a day before it was shows that parcel arrived at surat and its out for delivery and next day it shows parcel location is at Ahmedabad. Disgusting!
I was informed that Ill receive my parcel next day. I kept on waiting and later found out that now is going to be delivered on 5th day.Extremely unethical people. Very disappointed.

( and that quality is rare now a days)Little difficulty I face due to wrong location on map even after I tried to change location its still showing my suggestion is pending after 12 days , owner should do something about this.
