Owners are arrogant, rude spoken and dont not understand customers problem, major problem with the owner are that they think their all customer are still illiterate (exploiting them they earn this name )and dont understand technology.Being a electronic store were technology changes everyday. Owner dont accept paytm or any other mode of e-payment. This very shameful.It was time when Rajani electronic was another name of trust and quality but now the only sale cheap Chinese product with no quality assurance and at very high rates.Recently I had been to this store to get a reducer for a product my mom got from USA. Firstly they charged me for ₹ 630.00 after inquiry online if found same product for a very low rates. Then after this product died very same week I bought and trust me was not my fault but this shop owner did not accepted it or replaced it. Moreover when I first went to buy the product I was short of ₹ 30.00 had only ₹ 600.00 in my pocket so I requested them to either give discount or accept payment via paytm this arrogant owner did not wanted to understand that for ₹ 30 I had to go back to my home and return for it, that will cost me 10km and time at last a fellow customer understood me and offer me ₹ 30 against paytm transfer.So please check online before going to this place
