They change the working parts with old non working parts and dont have any satisfactory reply for the damage. I had to go 2-3 times to get my battery problem solved and when I gave my laptop with keyboard in perfectly working condition and now my keyboard keys are not working, they burnt it. Especially that lady at the counter is worst, does not even know how to talk. Worst service. Dont deserve zero but negative stars.
