Worst know how. Kept my laptop for 2 months. Couldnt do anything. Spoiled my motherboard and charger which were working fine. Had to spend 15k to change motherboard. Gave it to other technician. He repaired it in 2 days. Never go to this place if out of warranty.

Never go for this place for repairing any lenovo laptop. I search on google for lenovo authorised show room then i found pc point. I go there and say problem with my laptop after two days i take my laptop the problem remains the same they charge 1800 for repairing and not giving any.Why they charge 1800. My problem remain the sameI wasted my 1800 rupees therePlease dont go thereI had very bad Experience.

Best to get your warranty covered in no time. My notebooks HDD failed which was in warranty and i took it there & they recognized the problem without a fuss & then they told me itll be replaced with a new one & a call will be placed to you for its pick-up within a week & just a day later i received a call & i got my fine working laptop again.

I am giving one star because my cool 1 mobile was not successfully done . Brightness of display is very low and the screen is slightly green in colour very bad experience with this when. I put it on adaptive brightness the display is going deem it is having less brightness than my original screen

Very bad ,they are froud. I have given my lenovo mobile vibe k5 note to replace display with price of 2700 rs..After 10 days only diplay again not working and very new ptoblem has been faced .I have recently complain in customer court and lenovo company to stop this frould

Rename yourselves :- Worst Place For Repairs.I dont recommend this place to anyone.I visited them with my lenovo phone with sim slot problem only ( in working conditions ).when after a month long wait they gave me that phone telling me it can not be repaired.then what the hell were they doing whole month try to sell internal part?...they told me it had mother board problem, GPS problem, charging problem, battery problem,and still it had sim slot problem and the phone did not respond when i tried to start it. WARNING do not go there.they were giving me that not working phone,robbed of internal parts for service cost of 9200rs...and not even in working condition. when i showed then the bill they told me they told its not our faultNOT TRUSTABLE, LOOTERS , CHEATERS.after coming to home i gave the phone to my uncle who repairs phone. he told me many part frome this phone were missing..
