It is one of the authorized service centers of HP in Surat and my case was assigned to them via HP. I really had a bad experience. I received an email stating that their team member will reach out to me soon and which never happened. I waited for 5 days. In my follow up call I was informed that engineer will come and check the fault in my laptop. No one turned up and almost after 7 days, one fine day I got a call from one of the engineers that he will come today to fix the problem. Since he was coming 1st time and was not even aware about the problem in detail. He completed his half job in a very unprofessional way. My laptop screen bulged out half within 2 days after repairing. Now I have to book another ticket with HP because he couldnt finish him work properly.

Very rude staff..I was standing there and the company guy said on phone to his colleague say whatever and finish the matter... totally money minded..
