30 minutes d attente à la caisse pour 4 vendeurs et 2 clients, car ils ne savent pas s’organiser, de plus le Personnel n’est aimable, ni souriant !! La prochaine fois j irais à la concurrence !

Mauvaise expérience ce jour avec une vendeuse visiblement d après les avis d autres ont dû la rencontrer . Pas de bonjour, Mauvaise information donnée, manque de professionnalisme et du « savoir parler au client » pourtant cela devrait une priorité dans la vente et pourrait amoindrir l agacement de l attente longue à la caisse. Dommage .

We went there on (04.07.2021), I rarely put any negative comments but it is deserved.We asked for a pair in 37, after 10min of waiting we ask if there is a problem the answer of the saleswoman is: I look for it!In short, it finally comes with only one shoe, we try it on, it suits us, head to the cash register and there, magic.We wait another 10min without anyone telling us whats going on.The 3 sellers come and go, we are still waiting, a saleswoman cashed in a man who was behind us, OK very well, then a saleswoman tells us, I ordered it from you.Communication do you know?Finally we will understand by ourselves that they cannot find the 2nd pair of shoes 🙄 and long live the organization!Its the sales period but there were not many people in the store that morning.Politeness, a smile, contact with customers are the basis of their jobs and yet thats all we havent had.They managed to ruin our moment and come out annoyed or even a little upset.

Very unhappy with my experience at Jd sports, in fact my 14 year old daughter and I are trying on sneakers with a view to buying I ask the saleswoman beforehand if we have to respect sanitary measures for the fitting .... she answers me no very well! .... my daughter smelling a little tight in the shoe .... the saleswoman specifies that they are going to relax ok I ask if it is possible to try on both shoes .... not possible this is not JDs policy! In response, I would point out that I was ready to take the pairs for an amount of € 260. Its okay at Jds we dont respect the sanitary measures but it is forbidden to try on the pair of shoes! Finally I went to run for myself I was able to try on the 2 shoes the seller offered me without any request from me! My daughter will take hers on the internet obviously not at JD!
