I dont know why these people are not giving up and not letting torrent power to provide electricity.GEB they want to charge us for power but dont want to give us power 365 days... Specially in summer and rainy seasons when we need the power most. I used to live in city area few years ago and was using torrent power. And I have never googled their customer care number.. But since I shifted in the area where DGVCl is rulling I have been trying their number in a hope that one day they will receive the call to attend the complaint when there is no power.. Please allow torrent to provide electricity and give up on your free salary

I wish i can give 0 star to them, worst service they dont have any fixed timing, Torrent power is far far much better then them, even in small rain they cut the power till 1 hour, never faced such issue with torrent power, today we have power cut from morning 10:00 Am till 6:00 Pm without any notice any information how can you cut power! very irresponsible and worst service. i wish torrent power should come in our area.

Dgvcl government electricity utility office for surat city circle.

No one knows how to work in this place. Today is Saturday and the offices of DGVCL come and cut the wire of light. Even after we paid the light bill. When we asked the officers name he said I cant say my name If you want to know my name then go to DGVCL office. Tomorrow is sunday .How I will do work without any power supply in home. 😡😡😡

Pathetic service, frequent power cuts in vesu and althan area, no fix days to cut power, it all depends on their mood, no customer care at all, no one even picks the phone, Torrent power is far far far better, think twice before buying property in DGVCL supplied area

Faltu service...nobody is picking the phone ..no customer care service ...once they picked the call at call centre the lady is not answering properly ..she is taking time to say hello and said that go to any nearest office and sort it out ...simply pathetic ..no use to call them its 100% time wasting

Frequent Power cuts in Vesu While Adajan (Also served by dgvcl) Has no such power cut. Worst. If I were given a chance to chose 2 electricity boards I would choose torrent power twice

As a human mistake I made an online payment of 94000/- against the outstanding bill of 9400/-. On enquiry for help the people at dgvcl suggested me an option to transfer the amount to my other dgvcl account or return the excess amount via NEFT. its been 2 weeks and now they are simply transferring responsibilities to other employees. Though the mistake is from my end, 84000 is a considerable amount to be considered as an advance payment as well. On enquiry they joked about holding the reverse payment until April so as to achieve their yearly targets. Its saddening to see them ignore or rather refuse a help in such a situation where they easily can.
