I would to like give 5 star because every time they are treat like same process and very good food serving and good behaviour neat and clean...I like this place and Enjoy The place.Very popular among youths. My personal favourite is hot and crispy chicken wings and friary wings. Great place to go and have a bite of snacks and beverages.

We visited the one inside VR mall. We ordered Chicken nuggets but I think the place is over priced. Besides, I think the food could get better. One thing because of which I am giving it 4 stars is the team..! I loved the way they welcomed us..! It was 8.00 pm - the mall is about to shut down-and the person at reception was still freshly welcoming us even though he had had a long day..! Just the food needs to get better though..!

Bad service. This outlet doesnt serve hot food. Better avoid kfc for good health.

The service was too slow. Had ordered a zinger with a regular choco lash. Has ice chunks which were too adamant to not break. Had an absolute money waste experience.

Enjoying food items but staff not clear for the menu

They deliberately say that their Card Swipe is not working so that people pay cash. Usually it is resorted in late hours.Moreso, their Menu is usually devoid of Standard KFC Menu elsewhere. Mostly Rice-Boxes are not available.Cash dealing is promoted ?? Why... It is point to ponder

I had food at KFC it was fresh ,also my friends also enjoy KFC food looking forward for more visit.

Very bad customer service, even if its weekend or weekdays...Takes too much time for fulfilling the orders....Needs regular fights and shouting to get our orders...

Counter service was fast as compaire to other outlet of food court.
