The hot chocolate order was too sweet so was the cookie. Cookie was just a sugar dump! Ordered wrap too. First it wasnt warm, then we again gave for warming, we got a wrap burnt on the edges. Not at all worth the money! Starbucks is just overrated. Had to eventually eat street food to calm my tastebuds.

I had an amazing experience when I first went to this outlet of Starbucks, but recently when I went in to enjoy a cup of coffee, I found the staff as cold people who were a little rude. I would have recommended this place before, but it seems like the staff has been changed and for now I dont feel like getting my coffee from here.The ambiance was nice but what most attracts a customer is the warm welcome that the staff provides.I hope they work on this stuff and we get the best service again here.

We all know about its taste, about its service. Yeah its expensive but its quality is so rich. Starbucks is little expensive but in return they provide a very rich, a very excellent type of quality food.

I just want to tell you if you are a coffee lover so u must have to visit this place.Talking about Newyork cheese, it’s damn creamy and tempting so if you will try, you love this thing. I had tried java chip frappechino and red mocha and it’s worth remembering so guys if you want try you can and also I had tried one savoury the name I forgot which you can see in my photos.

Finally Starbucks is here in Surat. The most awaited Cafe is now open with a super delicious menu on board. We tried cappuccinos, frappuccipnos, Tomato basil sandwich, chatpata paratha wrap, Chhole wrap, cheese cake.Everything was of great quality and the service was quick. This place is good for friends, families even during breakfast hours.

Lovely ambience, great service. Products more than a little overpriced, fit only for the pockets of the very elite. The basic coffee was good, but other drinks, bakes and savouries are mediocre at best.
