A best place for having a light brunch with paan. It is basically a paan cafe, which is having so many varieties like wrap, Maggie, french fries, beverages and the one thing which its speciality is paan. They are having so many varieties in paan,too. Their interior is amazing, I love that whole concept.One of the best thing here, I noticed is not even one dish have disappointed me. A good place for quick snacks...And one must try PAAN....

Well, I would not be suited to give the accurate full review of the place as we did not get any of the main dishes. To give a little more detail, the only other branch is in Philadelphia with the name Mr. Paanwala. The decór is good and modern. The sitting room is intriguing with nababi style gadda sitting and retro poster quite fitting to the environment.But the paan collection is good and reasonably priced. The menu was exhaustive and they had non paan items to my delight.The hygiene of the place worth special mention. We are so accustomed to the panwala mixing every ingredient with the finger, the use of brush and gloves was a welcome change. Also the packaging used is robust and looks like a mini pizza slice box. Come in a box the paan wrapped in foil paper along with a tissue.I am reducing 1 star as they didnt have all the ingredients which we asked to be put, but overall experience was great! Worth a visit.

WOW What a Place for PAAN and PAAN Lovers, I came to Surat from Delhi on a family visit, I have seen many Paan shops in Delhi in business for over 40-50 years, but Paan Casa is totally different Paan Place than everyone in this industry in India. Very standardized business with lot of technologies etc.BUT... they are winning this game because of their Quality Paans, creative items on the Menu and amazing customer experience. I recommend this place to everyone.

I visited today after reading the reviews here regarding the hygiene they maintain. But when I entered, 3 staff members were there and on one had worn the mask properly (even the lady who was preparing the orders). They even don’t ask the customer to wear mask and maintain social distancing at counter. I ordered Shahi Truffles, but it was average...!

I have visited this place with my gang, I had their Paan Latte and Noodles, nice and cool place to hangout with friends. I had a very good experience with everything I tried so far, they are open from 11 am to 1 am in the night that means, you get to have a Chai, Kulhad Coffee and Paan till 1 am in the night. Nice place for the first date

I have been raving about PAAN CASA for a long time, finally I got a chance to pick up a food from them after lock down. I am one of their permanent customers and I do often visit them. This time we ordered their food and Paan for the entire family and everything was made to taste, Burger was a little spicy for me as I am not a big fan of burgers anyways, but it was perfectly made for the rest of my family members. We also had ordered Maghai Paan and their Chocolate Paan. I am so happy that they are re-opened for us.

Paan Casa…. This place is nostalgic particularly for the 90’s kids who were born and brought up with a lot of local memories. I personally have so many memories attached to this place since my first visit. I try different items every time I visit them, and they have never disappointed me, their service and quality is top notch in the city of Surat. Their Paans are simply mouthwatering, they melt in your mouth like anything… their Paan and creativity are very different from what you usually find at road side gallas. They win everyone’s heart all the time… indeed Surat’s best hang out place for all the Paan/non Paan lovers.

Great quality of Food, Fresh preparations on open kitchen concept and quick service, plus they follow strict safety measures as per SMC, they even have guidelines mentioned at the entrance which give their customers high satisfaction. They measured our temperature when we entered, we were there for about 45 mins but we noticed they were constantly cleaning their high touch points, and sanitizing them, we also noticed they had mentioned the food maker name and temperature on the pick up order. Salute to their hard work to keep everyone safe and away from any infection.We tried their Ice Cream Paan, Saada Paan, Choco Crunch Paan. Their Paans were so juicy and very different from what we find in the market at other places.

Nothing is 100% complete , Its a Good Place but Need to improve small changes.

You must have heard about Smoked Drink or Smoked Food, but have you heard about Smoked Paan? yeah... Smoked Paan, these people came up with something very unique to give you that Smokey flavor on Paan. I have tried this Paan numerous times and every time I tried it gives me a WOW impression. Try their other Paans too, they are a big game changer in this field, I wish they expand themselves to other parts of the country and show their level of creativity, especially after lockdown people will surely be looking for hygiene places for their PAAN, and PAAN CASA is for them. We LOVED the Classic Veg Burger, Paneer Burger and Ice Paan when we visited Paan Casa before Lockdown, The atmosphere inside (around 6 pm on a weekday) was bustling with customers and people working on laptops. We loved sitting in the Indian Sitting area. Seems like a great spot to just hang out and pass the time with your friends or family and a trendy environment! we will definitely be frequenting this Café often. We plan to get a Maharaj Paan next time we visit!

Surat is known for innovative food items, we have tried numerous food joints in Surat and outside surat during our trips, but we couldn’t find a place as innovative as Paan Casa, we could believe someone could build a place around Paan, where you can go with your friends and family and hangout for long time without any excuse. They have a beautiful space that serves traditional and innovative Paans and beverages made out of Paans. We saw something likeMake Your Own Paan for the first time, who would think of an item like this, we ordered “Make Your Own Paan” for 4 guests, and we came to know that it is purely an art of making a Paan, it was a great fun night with friends. We are looking forward to visiting Paan Casa again as soon as they reopen after lockdown.
