I am using since 1 year...dont go with softnet. customer support team is irresponsible

First, the connection was horrible. Truly horrible. Went out all the time, and completely unreliable. Second, customer service, surprisingly, is rude and unresponsive to complaints. Softnet company is awful. Im stuck in a 1 year plan, paying for plan that have never worked properly.

THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER !!!!i have used their service almost 2.5 year, At the time of my first time subscription they are good at their service but after renewal of the plan they are event not coming for service at the given time. I am frustrated because of their irresponsible behavior regarding network issue solving.Very very poor customer service and also network connectivity, they are even not able to solve their own network problem. And they dont have professional technicians. And they are even answer your calls when your network is completely down.DONT BUY INTERNET SERVICE FROM THIS NETWORK PROVIDER !!!

As expected plans n rates are affordable as far as regarding service department fully satisfied.

Third class service ,no value for money, price is very high from another service provider and and service value is zero ,internet not working on every Sunday have issue when we complaint that why its occurred like that most of Sunday your internet is stop so they suggest us to purchase leased line also have very high ping loss and speed issue, and customer support is worst i have never seen. they not receive call after 7 pm ,Sunday and before 10 am morning, when we talk that why you are not pick call, they have excuse for that, they charge very high from another but give poor service from another provider..,i suggest to look at another provider.

Very worst service.I have connection of 2 mbps but they give speed of 1.5 mbps.And after they give us connection they dont intrested to give best service to us.
