Pure veg food but give option of bringing non veg food from outside is better . Close to Raiway station and good for family. Hot water facility and shower really need improvement along with room service

Its a good hotel to stay for Business travel. The staff are courteous and helpful. The wifi is not that good. They have to improve on that. The stay is converted to reward points which can later be claimed.

Hotel rooms are well maintained and staff is also polite and well mannered. Hotel is in the proximity of Railway Station and Bus Station in case if guests are arriving late in the night also. Air-conditioning was great and all amenities mentioned are available in the room

Good hotel and restaurant near Surat railway station. Opposite to surat railway station. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good for lunch dinner. Also have Best for meetings, training, small party. Have two conference room and banquet hall. Car parking also available. But little narrow road.

Firstly, the hotel is very close to Surat railway station and is very clean. We stayed in the double room and I was impressed with the space and cleanliness of the bathroom. It might be a bit more expensive than the hotel close by, but the facilities were much better and with breakfast and dinner. I would recommend this hotel for anyone whos looking for clean and friendly place to stay.

Room was comfortable for night stay. Hotel was economical and worth the amount paid. Service was nice, food was decent. Overall, a decent experience. Hotel is located right outside Surat station so its pretty convenient, especially for travellers arriving at night. Taxi services offered by the hotel. Taxis and Autos easily available right outside.

Getting mobile network is a difficult task here, the good thing about place is they car parking space , very near to station and accepts all credit cards

I had a corporate booking for this hotel for five days. The rooms were not kept very clean and I say this because I could clean off dust off the tables. The room service was poor as I called for an iron and never received one. I was allotted a non-smoking room however sadly I could get a heavy smell of smoke in my room during the night hours. The complementary breakfast provided is very average with not too many options to choose from

Staff is courteous, breakfast spread is good enough, there will be four things , Idli, Poha are common, and two more dishes with gujarati specialty.Corn flakes, single fruits, fresh juice and Dosa on demand is all what you can get in early breakfast which is complimentary on stay.Wifi is free for room guests.Except small rooms everything is g good enough

The hotel is situated in a gulley but very close to the Railway station. it is at stones throw . Hotel is clean and Neat . Early morning check in was not available as they said rooms are not available. Requested them a room for Ten minutes to freshen up which means I need to change my clothes from casual to professional which they said not possible . Fair enough . But the staff responded in aggressive and impolite way . i left my luggage and rechecked at 5 PM post my work The room bedcover was soiled and I asked them to change which they did . The bathroom is small and you need to be careful while closing as you may collide with the faucet while closing as the space is small . But the rooms were clean and service was good . Night staff at reception were helpful .

I shall say good and I liked it. Rooms are big, neat and clean. I found elevator a little small in size having maximum 4 persons capacity without luggage. The main entrance is not wheelchair accessible which might trouble differently abled people. Location is excellent! Hardly 350 meters from Surat Railway station, yet in a quiet place. Behaviour of the staffs are very good. Food is standard and best part is that they allow and deliver non-veg from outside.In toilet accessories, I found shaving kit, laundry bag and room slippers were missing. I did not find Mosquito machine as well, though it is normally not required since room windows remain closed. But it should be there.I liked the table and sitting arrangement, but did not like the position of television. It was cornerly placed. I do not recollect, but probably there was no floor lamp arrangement. However I am not very sure.Overall, I enjoyed the stay.

I got free upgrade. rooms are v big, clean and sound proof. Mattress was v comfortable. all in all a great stay. the breakfast could have had more items. Easy check in, no noise.

Room was very neat and tidy, mattress of bed used were of good quality, bed sheet and pillow covers were very clean; Wash room was well maintained. AC was working fine. However reason for deducting one star is because the rate of food mentioned in the menu card provided inside the room were quite a bit on an upper hand. I was not convinced.

Total different experience from the past! They have gujarati thali! According to the rates, food is not up to the mark! Staff apperance is law and they dont come to ask you for anything! You have to call him! They have dessert in thali but when asked for, they try to avoid your eye contact just like they dont want to serve or maybe they dont have! Before whenever we come to yuvraj, it was satisfied visit but this time it was completly disappointing!

I have been a regular visitor to hotel best western yuvraj at Surat. The best feature about this place is that it is within 2minutes walkable distance from Surat Railway Station. The rooms are clean , staff is good and complimentary breakfast is great. Over all good hotel for lodging.

Not at all impressive. There are multiple flaws..... The room Service is slow. The boys serving are not hygienic and should have better grooming standards.The food taste is good but representation is awful.There is no focus on the minor details like the kettle in which Tea was served had a broken neck .... the the kettle in the room had a broken cap. You have to pay extra for water bottle.The overall ambience was dull and I personally did not witness the Service attitude in the team.The room was quite small.

Very nice place to stay if you visit Surat for Business or Siteseeing, because it is situated Near Railway Station. Staff is well trained and Rooms are Nice. In-house Restaurant is pretty cool and serves Delicious food with fairly cheap price tags. I was very pleased with the stay there.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCEIt was my first time in Surat and was looking for a hotel found this hotel online and was happy to see such good hotel near to railway station.As soon as I entered the hotel the guy at the reception spoke in a very harsh and rude voice Sir Room nahi Hai, He didnt even care to ask me when do I need a room or for how many people.This is not expected from a Best western group of hotel staff.Was very disappointed and even if I get a chance to stay at that hotel I will never. Because you have many other options in the same premises.LOOKS LIKE THEY HAVE UNEDUCATED AND MANNER LESS STAFF WHO DEOSNT KNOW HOW TO TREAT A GUEST.

Mr Rakesh Patel do not know what Best Western Goodwill is in the eyes of guests...His narrowed eyed view and susceptible look makes feel as if he is a police inspector and the guest is begging before him.I were late by 10-15 minutes on the first morning at breakfast of my 3-days visit and they BLATANTLY DENIED FOR BREAKFAST... I were STARTLED the way response was received...At the time of booking this name make me feel like Best Western O2 of Indore which is almost EXACTLY OPPOSITE OF THIS CHAIN AT SURAT... PATHETIC GUYS REQUIRE TO LEARN WHAT HOSPITALITY MEANS FOR A GUEST...

Room was damp and smelling. Wi-Fi connection was below poor. Despite requesting they couldnt do anything, nobody came to take the luggage while checking out. Fruits at breakfast table were not upto the standard they appeared to be old. Overall standard was poor.

A good hotel with location if you need to come and go from station or bus stand , hotel has good rooms and located about 600 meters from the railway station and similar distance from the bus station, as my train arrived early morning 5 am a early check in was not possible so waited in lobby which was possible however was duly accommodated about 9 am and as had to leave on a midnight bus a 3 am check out was possible with a preponed breakfast in the room The room was comfortable but did observe a peculiar smell which was probably due to poor ventilation and sunlight , I had requested house keeping who could not do much but just a dash of a room freshnerThe staff was not active in fetching a transport auto or lending a helping hand with the luggage while check in or check out The food seemed on in general, I had a chance to order a cheese sandwich however wonder who made it added butter on top of it salt so had to specify for my breakfast no salt which when came in was ok

Very clean rooms, it feels like a brand new hotel. Decent breakfast. Conveniently located very close to the train station, so do expect some traffic after coming out of the lane of this hotel. Only shortfall is that this hotel is lacking a fitness room.
