I purchased for my attire for Engagement and Wedding along with other kurtas and blazers. The have quite good collection.I received my engagement attire in a good quality Red colour bag but just after 3-4, months I purchased my wedding attire and they gave it in a extremely cheap blue colour bag both quality wise and looks wise. It feels like it wont even last till my wedding date. They need to upgrade back to the original one.Else the collection they have is good.They need to work upon their tailors as they cant provide proper fitting in one time.Also one guy named bharat bhai needs to work upon his customer behaviour.

What a shop, enjoyed that experience, understand you very well Got very good service, I can tell you with confidence, whatever you want, you will get it here. Yes shop is very expensive but it is cool If you have a wedding or some function you should come here once :)

The bald cashier has got attitude issues, he finds himself next to Mr. Modi, the place is expensive and the articles are over prices no parking facility and at your own you will need to pay 50rs. Per hour.Please dont pay a visit in case you want to save your pocket from damage.

Hi, Im new at your shop and collection is nice but your salesman make me really disappointed through his language and attitude toward us its really unacceptable and also dont have technic or explanation skill to handle customer so doesnt matter how good collection you guys have but worse service also make you people lose business, Also look like they behaving and giving service like old traditions but they need to connect their self with new aera people as well.

Its good, but not good enough to be amongst the best.all the men in my family bought everything the need for sanji, pitthi and wedding.the choice is just 1 range, it doesnt go lower but also doesnt actually go higher in terms of quality or types of materials and overall visual look.it was very hard to choose something for the wedding since the person getting married is quite simple in requirements.thats not the only part.the ladies were having trouble looking for something they would enjoy wearing, majority of them had dull colours...they bought nothing.the worst is being told its going to take a month to get them tailored, even though most of mine fit first time... and they have NO IDEA when it will be done or able to check the progress...

Pathetic customer service by the sales manLast night I just left the place on the spot from the 2nd floor of bridal lehnga collection as the saleman behaved very rude to us and started commenting irrelevant things.Also they dont show according to your requirements instead will say oh you dont know fashion sense and whats new,Come on we come to buy after so much of research and our own choice and taste.Started arguing on my wedding date also.No need to do personal comments.Dont go this shop there are many others nearby u can try.Will never go or recommend.

I am very disappointed with customer service. They dont care about service and quality. We had purchased an item from the store. Paris staff guaranteed us the item would alter according to my size. The dress wasnt altered and now they refuse to help us. I highly recommend to use G3, Bridal Surat or Wedding clothing store. They have great customer service. I will never buy any items from Paris in future.

Horrible experience even when we spent a lot of money at this store. Had to come back 4 times to get issues resolved with couple of dresses that were bought for a wedding and still in the end the quality of work was horrible for the price that you pay.Go somewhere else for your wedding needs for peace of mind especially when you’re traveling from Canada to do your wedding shopping.

Bad service we asked them to make order of 6 items of lenghas and they were not stitched well given the wrong items for the boys and then I had to make them sort everything out. Do not have anything alterations and if you do check everything. To be honest I would not go back

I visited for bridal collection and received good service and collection of clothes, we went out to many other similar stores and Paris had the best collection of them all, we happily bought as we found exactly what we were looking for. I can not state for other clothing requirement but for Bridal and groom shopping, its a MUST VISIT place. Hope this helps.

This is the one place in Surat where I experienced the worst type of customer service and quality.It doesnt matter how much money you spend at this place, they have NO standards of quality and customer service. If your shopping at this place, do not expect any form of customer service (especially with the manager Prakash) nor quality. Its better to spend your money elsewhere.

Horrible customer service experience from staff to the owner of the paris store . I had to leave my most expensive suits that I paid for with Bharat the owner extremely upset with the false promises and bullying tactics used by the Paris shop . They took all my measurements but none were any fitting irregular sizes. I had to buy another set suits in emergency to replace and got it elsewhere different country due to occasion held overseas and Bharat the owner of Paris shop could not deliver my first lot of order of 12 the most expensive suits for men on time to tell you the truth they delayed therefore I didnt get it on time .I had to fly overseas for the most special occasion. I had to pay extra for the shipment again to resend to another address yet upon receiving very disappointing sizes not fitting and after raising my concerns the shop owner Bharat and his staff were not apologetic not empathetic no remorse instead extremely rude and ordered me to get out. Is this customer service that Paris shop are proud of?????I recommended for everyone to shop at nanak in chikli . Dont buy anything at Paris shop. If Bharat the owner of Paris shop sees this note can contact me .

I shopped n found my walima dress at paris surat when I came to India to get married in 2013.My suit has 3 parts to it a long (not full length) n very flare well embroidered beaded n beautified dress that can be opened from the front for easy wear. This it self I have worn to few other weddings.Then comes their skirt which is very flare and if worn together completes the bridal lookN then the duppata.Best part is it Has a touch of velvet n love I the collar on the top dress .Paris was very Co-operative they put in sleeve lining and the fitting is beautiful very comfortable just what a bride wants.A year later my brothers wife also got her dress from Paris never let us down.

Pathetic service. They promised a different pattern blouse inclusive of price but when we got there to get the saree seliver, they charged us extra 500/- to get it done. Hadnt stiched it. On the top of it, very rude staff! Going to consumer court against them.
