Located on the main road, this place provides vehicle as well as services. The staff is friendly and well behaved. They are happy to help and provides necessary information. The showroom is small with limited models.

I have tvs radeon bike. And I am going to tvs service center from 1 year. This is tvs service center . Located in parvat patiya, brts road, you can get easily. All members are good in talking with customers. They will solve your problems much as possible. They have all the safety for customers like sanitizer. They sanitizer your vehicle first then they took your vehicle inside service center. So overall this place is good for your tvs bike or scooter.

My few friends and I have TVS vehicles. As we stay close to this showroom, we came here for the service. We had gone here to inquire about ntorq here and the staff there did not know what mileage was.1) First of all, they do not have a trained technician for the service, and the service advisor washed my bike because the guy who cleans the bike told that he wanted to go as time was up.2) While washing the TVS sticker on my friends scooter was washed away, and after arguing with them for a lot of time, they removed from one another Scooter and stuck It3) On another day we have a scooter for service, and we went back home and later when we came to collect the accelerator cable was broken, and they blamed us for it. It was running perfectly When we had given for the service (its a new scooter). We had to pay money for the accelerator cable in the end and instead they offered us free three water services.All service centres in Surat takes Rs100 for water service, but this service centre takes Rs120Everything is costly here, and the service is terrible.All these incidents occurred On different Days.We continued going here just because they told next time it would be perfect I would recommend everyone to visit the Udhna TVS showroom instead.

They are cheaters. Do Not buy any TVS product even if they offer more features and less money. There product have bad resale value. And thier services are worst. They gave me defective piece and ive visited service center like 10 times to resolve my bikes current and vibration problem. Never bike any TVS product in Gujarat they have very low resale value.

Incompetent and non educated staff , in terms of what new age customer says , wants . They r still in another world in terms of customer satisfaction or maybe they r not properly trained . Lack of understanding in Hindi or English languages , Loan ppl dont understand various things , i wanted a spicific no . was Told me it will be done . Later the no came was of not our choice so cannot change it !!!! Errr . Bought scooter in April , started getting calls by end of april for 2nd service due !!!! Lots of things ....$$#@Strictly Avoid ##

This is the worst place to buy a tvs Jupiter.From my concern you should rather buy from a different outlet.There staff is lazy as well as they are not concerned of the time.Moreover,the person I met was not having sense of moral how to communicate with their customers.
