Im trying to buy a house in west babylon that has a good price on it. We made an offer around 2 weeks ago. And my agent sent many emails and tried to call them, but we never got a reply. I feel sad because I was really interested in that house.

I would not recommend this realty company Jing Ying was very unprofessional. She didnt give any information on the rental property while we were on the phone until I started asking questions about the property which is very unlike what a realty does. A realtor usually gives you basic information on a property and then if you have any other questions then you take it from their, It was as if I had to tell this women how to do her job. If you are looking for professional realtors that know how to do their jobs then avoid this place at all costs. Their is definitely something shady gong on in that place.

Terrible service, very sly and shady. We bid on a house where the realtor was the owner or related to the owner. We had a contact drawn up, and they never disclosed that they were related (which is illegal). On top of all the shadiness, they never answered my realtors calls. Last minute they decided to back out of a contract after we were asking questions about a home inspection ceiling. Our realtor struggled to get a hold of them as they were VERY unresponsive even after accepting our bid. As I mentioned, they later decided to back out of the bid AFTER a contract was drawn up over the weekend. I feel bad my realtor and his team put in all this extra effort to have something drawn up over the weekend to have Realmart show their shady, unresponsive ways. On top of that, the property was originally listed and we bid WELL over asking. I find out the next week they put the property back up for over 20k the original. I would just avoid at all cost, sounds like theyre trying to sling their family members properties off (and dont want you to get it inspected so who knows what youre even buying with them).

Very unprofessional. Would not recommend working with them at all.Pulling out of a contract at last possible second, leaving us to think we had our dream house after 3 days of agreement. AGREED to our terms then backed out when we wanted a home inspection. They didn’t even have the courtesy to let us know, our realtor had to try to get into contact with them after being unresponsive. Very shady, unprofessional, and unresponsive. Avoid at all costs!

The most irresponsible, rude and sly realty I have EVER experienced in my life.I was introduced to a rental by a broker from this company, and negotiated some lines in the lease contract; agreed on everything. I even sent the security deposit to the landlord (she is the broker herself) because she told me that she will take out the place out of the market if I send her the deposit. Then I signed everything and the landlord/broker said that she is glad that I am her tenant at 10:30pm.. and the next thing you know is you are back stabbed in the morning at 10:48am. She signed the contract and gave a rental to someone else.I called her so many times, but she would not pick up the phone. A few hours later, she called me by mistake and she was talking to someone else about me and she was calling me a crazy person. I was like.. WHAT?? So how do I trust her and the company after signing the contract?So I called the Realty to talk to someone about what to do with my security deposit as well as the information I have been providing the broker- and the customer service people would not let me talk to anyone. I left a message to the managers office, never heard back; and now they seems to block my number. NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE HERE. BAD SERVICE, FULL OF LIES, RUDE plus IRRESPONSIBLE.This place does not even deserve one star. I would give ZERO.

Poor response from Realmart RealtyAlthough I didnt have a chance to evaluate Realmart Service, I am disappointed in a sense that I am trying to hire their services and in this regard I have been calling their office (Spoke with Ms. Beth, Ms. Reya and Ms. Pena) and send emails (Mr. Jack Yao and Ms. Karen) since 1 week without any response.If this non-response is any warning sign then one would think before hiring their services.I wish after this review at least someone reaches out to me.Dave

Just showed up to look at a place several minutes before the open house was supposed to end. He told us he had just shut off the lights and we were welcome to make an appointment. Yes, we want to work with someone who cant even be bothered to do his job.

The best decision I made when selling my home was to list with RealMart. The team was easy to deal with and extremely thorough. The are equipped with the latest technology. I would strongly recommend listing your home with them!!

I was fraudulently charged 817 dollars when I listed with them. When I asked them about it, no one accepted responsibility or even expressed sympathy for what had been done to me. Instead they told me they had nothing to do with it and asked for my bank statements so that they could investigate. Then they blamed me for not cooperating with them. I was not able to have a conversation with any agent on the phone. Only emails. These people are rude and potentially criminal.
