My experience with bakers bunch was always good. But the reason I am giving them five stars is coz one time I got a black forest cake which was moisturized way more than it should be so it had weird taste and smell.I returned them that cake that very day. They confirmed it with thier factory that there were a batch of cakes with the same problems. So they asked me to pick any other cake irrespective of cost for free !!! 😁
