Mr.Sanjay surana is a wellknown builder of Surat.He has developed skill to construct iconic buildings/complex for business and offices.

Good place however the parking space is sufficient I am not sure on what basis they have designed the parking of Thier ITC building... It takes me 10-15 minutes to reach office and further 10 minutes only to identify space in -1 to park my vehicle...also, bikes are not parked properly which is a very big problem ...I am not sure what the parking staff dies when such inappropriate vehicles are parked in horizontal vertical and in middle of riding place....not happy at all ...

Luxurious feel and good maintaining buildings in Surat location. But too costly for rent or purchase it.
