Old building40 + yearsNicely maintained

Although they have a book for people going in ,I am sure its not been updated ,I dont know where the maintenance goes? Also there are next to nil fire extinguisher,I hope the care taker of the building shows some initiative ,and gives a valid breakdown of the maintenance money .with bills
