This place is best for family as well as couples who want to spend romantic dinner dates on occasions. They have group reservations discounts. This is the only hotel in Surat with a revolving restaurant at the top most floor. On busiest days they try their best to serve as soon as possible. Food was amazing until they tried to rush the orders which made the quality of the food fair otherwise it can be assured that the food quality justified the price they had to offer. No idea about the living experience as Ive only been for dinners. They have experienced and new staff both. Staff was kind and polite towards their customers even during the most rushed hours, non of them showed losing their cool which was commendable. The management needs to be rearranged. Special attention needs to be taken when they plan for special occasions offers and dinner ideas because it brings down the boiling pressure on the kitchen and serving staff leaving them to deal with annoyed customers which was unfair towards them. It wouldnt have hurt if the menus would have been reduced (veg and non-veg) to limited ones on special occasions so that the kitchen staff would not have to prep for loads of dishes. The amount of food (only with reference to gravy and rice as starters was perfect) served can also be balanced because it may be hard to finish a few dishes for some.The intense tension in kitchen and on serving staff could be sensed as they were running around to make up for the dishes arriving late on tables even as being a diner. Overall, if the menus are well planned and reduced for occasions this place will get better just as it has been for years. 👍🏻P. S. This review is with reference to only one dinner experience which was recent. Therefore I cannot comment on their performance done on daily basis which might or might not be better than what I saw.

My favourite restaurant for special occasions, Birthday, aniversary, family memorable days, its 16th floor hight round revolving Hotel, you can look totally Ring road, Textile Market area,one complete round approx in one hour, regular time 7PM to 11.30PM, good staff, and good services, all food items are superb test, you satisfied for all,but last time 18th March 2021 order HyderabadI beriyani is not good test its west of food, Others ones things interial decoration is very old wooden polish of all table chairs, round windows and all bed looking, greenery less plants in there, average two persons Bill approx one thousand rupees charges ... Last its good hotel, we are attaching to 1980 to continue using ... Good luck

Seriously disappointed and disheartened with this hotel :(The hotel manager is very arrogant, rude and obnoxious. He is expert in abusing and manipulating.Same goes with the front desk staff.Break fast was a nightmare. Cheap and tasteless food.Rooms are noisy. No soap, shampoo, towels available. U have to call the housekeeping department and wait for hrs for them to get you the same.My stay at this hotel was seriously a nightmare.

THE WORST RESTAURANT I have ever dined in. Anybody going for NON VEG food Please dont go to this restaurant. We actually found ROTTEN FOOD inside this restaurant. It is good for Veggies. But for Non Veg people its a complete no no. It has not happened with us only. Many people have complained about the same thing. People go for the Revolving Building but the food is not worth it

Arrived at hotel very tired, the sheets were dirty & asked for them to be changed. Morning had the mattress to be changed. Location good for if your in the Textile business but not for if your a tourist. Staff were friendly & help full. Breakfast was okay.Bathroom needs improving. Five star would have given if the hotel had proper parking inside its gate. Being on the very busy Ring road; it does not have parking space. You have to park your car outside. But you can park inside compound in the night. Rooms are clean and bathroom are quite spacious. In the sweet suit dining table arrangement is also there. The Hotel is old but few portions are well maintained. Amidst the busy textile market area, this is not exposed or marketed properly as per the potential.The rooms size was adequate and fitted with Window AC, shows they have not been upgraded. My room in the 3rd floow was maintained well and clean but the rooms in 5th floor were not good.One things needs to be mentioned is the food in the revolving restaurant which is top-notch. Located in overcrowded textile market of Surat. The most gentle, soft-spoken and genuine staff I have ever seen.good food however costly. A revolving restaurant at 16th floor. The vastness of Surat city can be realised from there. Rooms are clean and tidy.

Visited the hotel last month , the staff is very polite and so is the service.Due to an error from my end the bill was printed wrong which I noticed after 20 days, but the staff impressed with post check out service on call and a resolution was provided immediately

Must visit once for this unique experience , the restaurant completes one revolution by the time the diners finish their meal. There is a choice between a la carte and buffet . Buffet consists of welcome drink , soup , starters , main course and desert like pastry and ice cream .

A meeting of company was held in sanghrilla hall at TeX Pallazo. The interior and environment was really nice and the food served was of excellent in quality. Of course the behavior of caretaker staff was polite.
